«Մոտեցումն իր էությամբ հակաարցախյան է»․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 77-րդ նստաշրջանին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթը բավական սուր քննադատության արժանացավ ոչ միայն քաղաքական գործիչների, այլև քաղաքագետների ու այլ փորձագետների կողմից: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ ելույթն ի սկզբանե ավելի թույլ ու անատամ է եղել, սակայն որոշ «շտկումներ» են արվել վերջին պահին: Այդուամենայնիվ, շատերը այդ ելույթը անբավարար գնահատեցին:
Ի մասնավորի, քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանը երեկ գրառում էր արել, որ Փաշինյանի ելույթից կարելի է երեք եզրահանգում անել. որ իշխանության «Խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» կոնցեպտը մեռելածին էր, որ իշխանությունը տապալել է Հայաստանի պաշտպանության կազմակերպումը, որ իշխանությունը տապալել է դիվանագիտությունն ու բանակցային ողջ գործընթացը: Քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Հասան-Ջալալ յանն էլ «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշել է, թե Փաշինյանի մոտեցումը իր էությամբ հակաարցախյան է, կատարելապես հակասում է ԱՀ ամբողջ և ՀՀ-ի հայության մեծ մասի դիրքորոշմանը, դեմ է Արցախի ու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունների ազգային պետական շահերին:
«ԱՀ-ում, ՀՀ-ում, Սփյուռքում բնակվող մեր հայ ժողովուրդը այսօր ազգային կարևորության մեկ կենսական խնդիր ունի. բոլորիս ուժերի գերլարմամբ պետք է իշխանափոխություն տեղի ունենա: Պետք է կարողանանք իշխանությունից հեռացնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Իշխանությամբ օժտված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իսկապես գոյութենական կամ էքզիստենցիալ սպառնալիք է թե՛ ՀՀ-ում, թե՛ ԱՀ-ում բնակվող հայության համար»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը: Ռազմական փորձագետ Հայկ Նահապետյանը նշում է, թե Փաշինյանը փաստացի զբաղված է «գետանցման ժամանակ ձիերին փոխելով», ինչը հղի է անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներով:
Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրապարակավ ոչ միայն ակնարկեց, այլև թիրախային մտքեր արտահայտեց, ըստ որի, ուզում է միջազգային դիտորդական առաքելության խմբեր տեղակայվեն հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին, Նահապետյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց. «Խոսքը միջազգային խաղաղապահ ուժերի մասին է, իսկ ՄԱԿ-ի մանդատով դրանք ՆԱՏՕ-ի ստորաբաժանումներն են՝ այլ ստորաբաժանում չկա, կառավարումը, մեծ հաշվով ու չերևացող ձևով իրականացվում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի կողմից։ Փաստորեն, Փաշինյանն այդ ելույթով ՌԴ-ից քաղաքական ապահարզանի առաջին քայլն արեց»։
