«Խաղաղության դարաշրջանը» տապալվել է․ միակ ուղին Չալաբյանի նշած ռազմականացումն է

ՄԱԿ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի նստաշրջանում ունեցած ելույթում Փաշինյանի ելույթը արձանագրեց, որ իշխանության «խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» կոնցեպտը մեռելածին է, վարչակազմը տապալել է Հայաստանի պաշտպանության կազմակերպումը, դիվանագիտությունն ու բանակցային ողջ գործընթացը։
Թերևս 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ստեղծված իրողությունների պայմաններում կարելի է փաստել, որ այս բոլոր ձախողումները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած վարչակազմը արել է միտումնավոր։ Պարտությունից հետո Փաշինյանը փաստարկում էր, որ կարիք չկա ռազմականացվելու, եթե հնարավոր է թուրքական տանդեմի հետ գտնել խաղաղության բանալին և նրանց հետ ունենալ այնպիսի համակեցություն, ինչպիսին մենք ունենք մեր մյուս հարևանների՝ Իրանի և Վրաստանի հետ։
«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը դեռևս ամիսներ առաջ բանտից իր գրած «Հայաստանի ճակատագրական ընտրությունը․ ռազմականացում» հոդվածում նշում էր, որ Ադրբեջանն այսօր էլ չի թաքցնում իր հավակնությունները և հրաշալի գիտակցում է, որ թույլ և ապառազմականացված Հայաստանն ընդունակ չի լինելու պաշտպանել իր տարածքները, մանավանդ այն հատվածներում, որտեղ նոսր է բնակեցված։
Դեռևս հունիսին Չալաբյանը նախազգուշացնում էր, որ վտանգի տակ են Սյունիքը, Վայոց ձորը ու Գեղարքունիքը։
«Ադրբեջանն արդեն 2021 թվականի ընթացքում փորձարկեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սուվերեն տարածք տեղային ներխուժումների տեխնոլոգիան և նույնիսկ «Խաղաղության պայմանագրի» շրջանակներում շարունակելու է այլ և այլ միջոցներով ուժեղացնել իր ներկայությունը Հայաստանի տարածքում։ Նույնը փորձելու է նաև Արցախում՝ օգտվելով մի շարք խոցելի կետերի առկայությունից և այնտեղ գտնվող խաղաղապահ զորակազմի թուլությունից կամ թողտվությունից»,- նշում էր Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, հավելում, որ որքան էլ Փաշինյանը պնդի, որ վճռական է մեր թուրքական հարևանների հետ «Խաղաղության դարաշրջան» բացելուն, դա լավագույն դեպքում լինելու է Հայաստանի խաղաղ կլանման և թուրքականացման դարաշրջան։ Իսկ վատթարագույն դեպքում կարող է ուղեկցվել նաև բնակչության ջարդերով և տեղահանությամբ, ինչպես եղավ Հադրութում և Շուշիում։
Ի վերջո, երեք ամիս անց, կարելի է փաստել, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի այս կանխատեսումները գրեթե իրականանում են։ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը նոր հարձակման են պատրաստվում Հայաստանի դեմ՝ բացարձակապես չլսելով միջազգային հանրության պահանջները, իսկ Հայաստանը որևէ քայլ չի ձեռնարկել իր ռազմական կարողությունները փոքր-ինչ ավելացնելու համար։
Միակ տարբերակը, ինչպես արդարացիորեն նշել է հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, գործող վարչախմբին հեռացնելն է և նոր ազգային իշխանություն ստեղծելը։
