Ամանորի նախաշեմին երկրորդ քրեական գործը Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի դեմ (լուսանկարներ)

Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ Սամվել Դարբինյանի ազգական Վիկտոր Դարբինյանը հանցագործության կատարման մասին երկրորդ հաղորդումն էր ներկայացրել՝ քաղաքապետի կողմից պաշտոնական կեղծիք կատարելու, պաշտոնական դիրքը չարաշահելու կապակցությամբ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ համայնքի ղեկավարի կողմից շարունակվող հետապնդումների հիմքով քաղաքապետի ազգականի հաղորդման հիման վրա Քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ քաղաքապետի կողմից պաշտոնական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու փաստի առթիվ, հարուցված քրեական գործն արդեն քննության է առնվում իրավապահների կողմից: Այժմ Վիկտոր Դարբինյանի երկրորդ հաղորդման և բացատրության հիման վրա, որի ապացուցողական հիմքերը ներկայացրել ենք մեր նախորդ հրապարակմամբ, Past.am, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում երկրորդ քրեական գործն է հարուցվել ՀՀ Քր. օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ Պաշտոնեական կեղծիքը պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից շահադիտական նպատակով կամ անձնական այլ դրդումներով կամ խմբային շահերից ելնելով՝ պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերում ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ կամ գրառումներ մտցնելը, կեղծում, քերվածք կամ այլ թվական գրառումներ կամ փոփոխություններ կատարելը, ինչպես նաև կեղծ փաստաթղթեր կազմելը կամ հանձնելը:
Վիկտոր Դարբինյանի հաղորդման կապակցությամբ նախապատրստված նյութերով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կաևորագույն գործերով քննիչ Դ Մանուչարյանը, պարզել է, որ Վանաձորի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցների կողմից կատարվել է պաշտոնեական կեղծիք.
Վանաձորի քաղաքապետարանի կայքէջի միջոցով հրապարակվել են համայնքի ղեկավարի նույն՝ 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 14-ի թիվ 1880-Ա թվագրումով որոշումները բովանդակային առումով փոփոխված տարբերակներով՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ նյութերում առերևույթ առկա են օրենքով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներ և քրեական գործ հարուցելու օրինական առիթ, պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու վերոհիշյալ դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցել: Գործը վարույթ է ընդունվել, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
