Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից 2 տարի անց, կրկին պատերազմական վտանգի առջև ենք․ աշխա՞րհն է այսպես զինվել մինչև ատամները, թե՞ մենք ենք այսքան թուլացել։ Արդյո՞ք կարևոր դասեր քաղել ենք պատմությունից, և ե՞րբ է գալու հայի փրկության ու հաղթական Արշալույսի Ժամանակը։

«Պատերազմի աղետալի հետևանքները ծանր են։ Խելոք հասարակությունները, ժողովուրդները, թագավորներն ու կառավարիչները միշտ էլ փորձել են անել խելացի հետևություններ՝ ինչպես պարտություններից, այնպես էլ՝ հաղթանակներից»,-ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․ com-ի հետ զրույցում ընդգծեց ՀՀ ՊՆ նախկին փոխնախարար Արտակ Զաքարյանը։

Քաղաքական գործչի պնդմամբ` մենք՝ հայերս, 44-օրյա պատերազմից 2 տարի անց ոչ մի հետևություն չենք արել՝ քաղաքական, ռազմաքաղաքական, տարածաշրջանային ու աշխարհաքաղաքական իմաստով։

«Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող հանձնաժողովն էլ քաղաքական ծաղրածուների, իրականում՝ այդ գործընթացը «թաղելու» փորձ է, որով միտում կա անլրջացնելու պատերազմի հետևանքներն ու վերլուծությունը»,-նշեց Զաքարյանը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայոց բանակի մարտունակության վերականգման համար անհրաժեշտ է վերականգնել պետությունը։

«Անհրաժեշտ է հասարակությանը վերադարձնել հավատը, հույսը, վստահությունը, ինչպես նաև կարիք կա նորմալ քաղաքական ղեկավարության։ Պարտվողական պետություններին բանակներ պետք չեն, բայց պարտվողական տրամաբանությունն սպառնում է մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգությանն ու ֆիզիկական գոյությանը, ուստի, պարտվողական քաղաքականությունը պետք է դուրս շպրտել մեր քաղաքական օրակարգերից»,-շեշտեց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Որպես պետության կայուն զարգացման ու բանակի վերազինման կարևորագույն երաշխիք՝ քաղաքական գործիչը նշեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պես ղեկավարների հեռացումը երկիրն ու բանակը առաջնորդելուց․

«Չափից շատ սխալներ են գործել այս իշխանությունները վերջին 3-4 տարում, որոնք ազդել են նաև ՀՀ զինուժի վրա։ Պետք է իրավիճակը գնահատել առավելագույսն իրատեսական և փորձել գտնել նվազագույն ելքեր»։
