Առաջիկայում Հյուսիսային Օսիայում Վրաստանի հետ սահմանին գտնվող «Վերին Լարս» անցակետում կբացվի զինկոմիսարիատի զորահավաքային կետը։ Այդ մասին հայտնել է տարածաշրջանի ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը Telegram ալիքում։
Նշվում է, որ նման որոշում է կայացվել Հյուսիսային Օսիա-Ալանիայի Հանրապետության ներքին գործերի նախարար՝ ոստիկանության գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Անդրեյ Սերգեևի, ինչպես նաև պետավտոտեսչության պետի, պետավտոտեսչության ղեկավարների, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության Հյուսիսային Օսիա-Ալանիա և Հյուսիսային Օսիայի մաքսային սահմանային տնօրինության հետ անցակետում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումից հետո։:
Բացի այդ, դեպի Վրաստան շարժվող մեքենաների հոսքի պատճառով քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունը կազմակերպելու և կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակների վտանգը նվազեցնելու նպատակով որոշվել է թույլ տալ ռուսներին ոտքով հատել սահմանը։
Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայությունը հաստատել էր այն տեղեկությունը, որ ռուս զինվորականները տեղափոխվել են անցակետ սահմանը խախտելու դեպքերը կանխելու համար։
