Հյուսիսային Օսիայի ղեկավար Սերգեյ Մենյայլոն ասել է, որ Վերին Լարսի անցակետում ծանուցագրեր են հանձնելու ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարության ցուցակներով զինվորական ծառայության համար պատասխանատու քաղաքացիներին։ Երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 27-ին, անցակետում ստեղծվել է զինկոմիսարիատ և սկսել են ծանուցագրեր բաժանել զինծառայության համար պատասխանատուներին։ Նաև պարոն Մենյայլոն հայտարարեց հանրապետության տարածքում մեքենաների երթևեկությունը սահմանափակելու ծրագրերի մասին։
«Ծանուցագիրը հանձնելը չի նշանակում, որ մարդուն անմիջապես տանում են հավաքակայան։ Այնուամենայնիվ, բոլորը պետք է հասկանան, որ եթե նա գտնվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Նախագահի հրամանագրով մասնակի զորահավաքի ենթակա քաղաքացիների ցուցակում, ապա զինկոմիսարիատ չներկայանալը կհանգեցնի մինչև քրեական պատասխանատվություն»,- ասաց պարոն Մենյայլոն, նրա խոսքերը ներկայացված են հանրապետության կառավարության պաշտոնական պորտալում։
Նա ասել է, որ դատաքննության կարգը կիրականացվի ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հրամանագրի համաձայն։
Նշվում է, որ Հյուսիսային Օսիայի տարածք մուտքը սահմանափակելու որոշումը կապված է Ռուսաստանի և Վրաստանի սահմանին ավտոմեքենաների և քաղաքացիների մեծ կուտակման հետ։ Հանրապետության ներքին գործերի նախարարության տվյալներով՝ սեպտեմբերի 25-ից 27-ը Վերին Լարսով Վրաստան է մուտք գործել 20248 ՌԴ քաղաքացի։ Ավելի վաղ՝ երեկ սեպտեմբերի 27-ին, ՆԳՆ-ն հայտնել էր, որ ռուս-վրացական սահմանով մոտ 5,5 հազար ավտոմեքենա է սպասում անցնելու։
Վրաստան մեկնող ՌԴ քաղաքացիների թիվն ավելացել է այն բանից հետո, երբ նախագահը սեպտեմբերի 21-ին մասնակի մոբիլիզացիա հայտարարեց։ Սեպտեմբերի 23-ին Վրաստան մուտք գործելու հերթում մոտ 2000 մեքենա կար։ Տրանսպորտային միջոցների ծանրաբեռնվածության պատճառով թույլատրվում է անցակետով անցնել ոտքով։ ԱԴԾ-ն հայտարարել է Վերինի Լարս զրահափոխադրիչ ուղարկելու մասին։ Գաղտնի ծառայությունը հայտնել է, որ դա արվել է անվտանգության պահպանման համար, եթե պահեստայինները խախտեն սահմանը, գրում է Коммерсант-ը։
