Ադրբեջանական հերթական ագրեսիան նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո արդեն երրորդ լայնամասշտաբ գործողությունն էր՝ ուղղված հիմնականում Հայաստանի բնակեցված շրջանների դեմ:  ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալ գեներալ-մայոր Առաքել Մարտիկյանն այս մասին հայտնեց օտարերկրյա դիվանագետներին Վարդենիսում:

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ սեպտեմբերի 13-ի գիշերը Ադրբեջանը սկսել է երեք ուղղություններով բավականին ագրեսիվ, լայնամասշտաբ մարտական գործողություններ: Մարտական գործողությունները միանգամից սկսվել է ցամաքային զորքերի հարձակողական գործողություններով, որոնք ուղեկցվել են հրթիռահրետանային կրակով և անօդաչուների կրակային աջակցությամբ:

«2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի ստորագրած հայտարարությունից, մնացած փաստաթղթերից հետո սա արդեն 3-րդ նման լայնամասշտաբ գործողությունն էր՝ ուղղված հիմնականում մեր բնակավայրերի դեմ: Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը բազմիցս պնդում է, թե իբր իրենց վերջին գործողությամբ իրենք ստիպված  նախահարձակ են եղել, որպեսզի կասեցնեն ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ի ինչ-որ երևակայական գործողություններ: Որպես ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետի տեղակալ, ես ձեզ պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ, որ հայկական ԶՈՒ-ի կողմից ոչ մի նման միջոցառում պլանավորված չի եղել և չի էլ կարող լինել, քանի որ դա հակասում էր մեր ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության հրամաններին»,-հայտարարեց ԳՇ պետի տեղակալը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ փոխարենը ադրբեջանական կողմից ռազմաքաղաքական  ղեկավարները բազմիցս նշում են, թե Հայաստանն ամբողջությամբ իրենց պատմական տարածքն է, իսկ այս տարածաշրջանը միշտ ընդգծված կերպով նշվում է որպես «Բասարգեչար»:

«Գործողությունները երեք ուղղություններով հիմնականում ուղղված էին խիստ բնակեցված շրջանների դեմ՝ մի պարզ նպատակով՝ դեռևս 2021-ի մայիսի 12-ից սկսած ուղղվածությունը հենց բնակավայրերի կողքին է՝ նպատակ ունենալով ստիպել սահմանամերձ շրջանների ազգաբնակչությանը լքել իրենց զբաղեցրած տարածքները: Այսօր արդեն բավականին բարդ է գյուղացիների համար մշակել իրենց հողերը կամ զբաղվել անասնապահությամբ սահմանամերձ շրջաններում»,-ասաց Մարտիկյանը:

Նա հայտարարեց, որ Վերին Շորժայի բլրակում հայ զինվորների մարմիններ կան:

«Վերին Շորժայի ուղղությամբ դեռևս զոհված զինվորների մարմիններ են մնացել, և Հայաստանի զինված ուժերը գիտեն, թե որտեղ են դրանք գտնվում: Սակայն Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ–ն ինտենսիվ կրակով է պատասխանել հայկական կողմի` մարմինները դուրս բերելու բոլոր փորձերին»,-հավելեց Մարտիկյանը:
