Հայաստանը հնդկական «Պինակա» համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգերի (ՀԿՌՀ) առաջին օտարերկրյա գնորդն է:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցն է հաղորդում՝ հնդկական India Today հեռուստաալիքը ծավալուն ռեպորտաժ է հրապարակել հայ-հնդկական ռազմական գործարքի թեմայով՝ նշելով, որ Հնդկաստանը մոտ 260 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք զենք և զինամթերք է վաճառել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը:

Հնդկական հեռուստաընկերությունը կարևոր հաջողություն է համարում Հայաստանի հետ գործարքը հնդկական ռազմարդյունաբերության համար: Վաճառված զինատեսակներից India Today-ն առաջին հերթին առանձնացրել է հնդկական արտադրության ռեակտիվ հրետանին՝ ընդգծելով, որ Հայաստանը «Պինակա» համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգերի առաջին օտարերկրյա գնորդն է:

«Հնդկական զենքի արտահանումը տեղի է ունենում հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության լույսի ներքո», - նկատել է հեռուստաալիքը:

Խոսելով «Պինակա»-ի տակտիկատեխնիկական բնութագրի մասին՝ հնդիկ հաղորդավարուհին նշում է, որ «Պինակա» ՀԿՌՀ-ն 44 վայրկանում կարող է 12 հրթիռ կրակել: «Պինակա»-ի հրթիռի հեռահարությունը 60 կիլոմետր է, հրթիռի երկարությունը 4950 մմ է, տրամաչափը՝ 214 մմ: «Պինակա»-ի նախագծումը սկսվել է 1981 թվականին, իսկ Հնդկաստանի զինված ուժերում այն սպառազինության է ընդունվել 1999 թվականին։

 Ի դեպ, նշված ռեակտիվ համակարգերի անվանումն էլ խորհրդանշական իմաստ ունի: Ըստ հնդկական դիցաբանության՝ «Պինակա»-ն Շիվա աստծո երկնային աղեղն է:
