ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Կրեմլի Գեորգիևյան դահլիճում ստորագրել է ինքնահռչակ Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետությունների, ինչպես նաև Խերսոնի և Զապորոժիեի մարզերի՝ ՌԴ կազմ ներառման և ՌԴ կազմում նոր սուբյեկտների ձևավորման մասին պայմանագրերը:

Ստորագրմանը նախորդած ելույթում Պուտինն ասել էր, որ մարդիկ հանրաքվեներով միանշանակ ընտրություն են կատարել, ըստ այդմ՝ համաձայնագրեր կստորագրվեն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կազմ չորս նոր տարածքներ ընդունելու վերաբերյալ:

«Դա միլիոնավոր մարդկանց կամքն է»,- ընդգծել է Պուտինը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ԴԺՀ-ի, Լժհ-ի, Զապորոժիեի և Խերսոնի մարզերի բնակիչները հավերժ ՌԴ քաղաքացիներն են դառնում:

«Մենք կապահովենք ԴԺՀ-ի, ԼԺՀ-ի, Զապորոժիեի և Խերսոնի մարզերի անվտանգությունը, կօգնենք վերականգնել ենթակառուցվածքները: Ռուսաստանը երբեք չի դավաճանի ԴԺՀ-ի, ԼԺՀ-ի, Զապորոժիեի և Խերսոնի մարզերի բնակիչներին»,- ասել է Պուտինը:

Նշենք, որ ԴԺՀ-ի, ԼԺՀ-ի, Խերսոնի և Զապորոժիեի մարզերի ղեկավարները ժամանել են Կրեմլ՝ Ռուսաստանին միանալու մասին համաձայնագրեր ստորագրելու:

Ավելի վաղ՝ սեպտեմբերի 23-ից 27-ը ինքնահռչակ Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետություններում, ինչպես նաև Խերսոնի և Զապորոժիեի մարզերում Ռուսաստանին միանալու հարցի շուրջ հանրաքվեներ են անցկացվել։ ԴԺՀ-ում քվեաթերթիկների 100 տոկոսի մշակման արդյունքների համաձայն՝ Ռուսաստանին միանալու օգտին քվեարկել է մարդկանց 99,23 տոկոսը, ԼԺՀ-ում՝ 98,42 տոկոսը, Խերսոնի մարզում՝ 87,05 տոկոսը, Զապորոժիեի մարզում՝ 93,11 տոկոսը։
