Վրաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտնում է, որ Վերին Լարս-Կազբեկի սահմանային անցակետում իրավիճակը կարգավորված է:
««Դարիալի» սահմանային անցակետում բեռնատարների և մարդատար ավտոմեքենաների տեղաշարժը վերադարձել է բնականոն հուն, ինչի արդյունքում ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է վերջին օրերին դժվարացած տարանցիկ երթևեկությունը»,-Jnews-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Գերատեսչության տվյալներով, կտրուկ նվազել է ՌԴ քաղաքացիների քանակը, որոնք հատում են երկրի պետական սահմանը: Վերջին մեկ օրում Վրաստան է մտել 6 109 ռուսաստանցի, և գնացել է 5 186 ՌԴ քաղաքացի:
Վրաստան եկողների հոսը կրճատվել է 60%-ով: Սեպտեմբերի 28-ին Վրաստան է մտել 9 642 ՌԴ քաղաքացի, և գնացել է 5 448 ՌԴ քաղաքացի:
Սեպտեմբերի 21-ից Ռուսաստանում հայտարարվել է մասնակի զորահավաք: Իշխանությունները հայտարարել են, որ պատրաստվում են 300 հազար մարդ ուղարկել Ուկրաինա կռվելու։ Այդ ժամանակից ի վեր տասնյակ հազարավոր ռուսներ լքում են երկիրը։ Վրաստանը դարձել է միգրացիոն նոր ալիքի առանցքային ուղղություններից մեկը.

Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին սահմանի ռուսական կողմում ստեղծվել է զորակոչային կետ, որտեղ զորահավաքի ենթակա ՌԴ քաղաքացիներին ծանուցագրեր են հանձնում։
