Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Ինչքան սուր է վիճակը, այքնան սուր է խաղաղության անհրաժեշտությունը: Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստատեսությանը տված հարցազրույցում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով տեսակետին, որ ՄԱԿ-ում իր ելույթը խաղաղության դարաշրջանի հոգեհանգիստն էր:

«Այդ ձեւակերպումն ինքնին իր մեջ տրամաբանական սխալ ունի, որովհետեւ հոգեհագստի համար կա պարտադիր պայման՝ ինքը ծնված, հասունացած, տարիքն առած ու մահացած պետք է լինի, իսկ չի կարելի խոսել մի երեւույթի հոգեհանգստի մասին, որը դեռ չի ծնվել:  Մեր հիմնական նպատակը եղել եւ շարունակում է մնալ այն, որ Հայաստանի շուրջ եւ տարածաշրջանում բացվի խաղաղության դարաշրջան: Մենք այդ խնդիրը ձեւակերպել ենք իրագործելու համար, մենք չենք հայտարարել, որ ահա, ժողովուրդ, այսօրվանից բացվեց  խաղաղության դարաշրջանը: Մենք ասել ենք, որ խնդիր է այդ դարաշրջանը ստեղծելը: Հավատում եմ դրան, թե ոչ, դա առաքելություն է, որը պետք է իրականացնենք: Այդ օրակարգին նվիրվածությունը երբեք չի սասանվել: Այլ բան, որ մենք հասկանում ենք, որ դա միայն մեզնից չի կախված:

Մյուս կողմից հասկանում ենք, որ չի կարելի անընդհատ բերել փաստարկ, որ քանի որ միայն մեզնից չի կախված, ուրեմն մենք անելիք չունենք: Մենք պետք է այնպես անենք, որ խաղաղությունը դառնա տարածաշրջանի համար ընդհանուր շահ»,-ասաց նա:

Հարցին, թե հավատո՞ւմ է խաղաղության դարաշրջան բացելու օրակարգը կենսունակ է, նա արձագանքեց. «Խաղաղության մասին խոսել դեռ չի նշանակում հայտարարել, որ խաղաղությունը հաստատված է: Ընդ որում, եթե նույննիսկ մեկ ամիս, 6 ամիս կամ 3 տարի չեն կրակել, դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ խաղաղություն է: Խաղաղությունը շատ լուրջ ինստիտուցիոնալ երեւույթ է:

Խաղաղությունն անհրաժեշտություն է եւ մենք պետք է գնանք դրա հետեւից: Երբ ասում ենք, որ Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը սակարկության ենթակա չէ եւ մենք բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով պետք է պաշտպանենք մեր տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, դա նշանակում է, որ բոլոր միջոցներով պետք է պաշտպանենք Հայաստանի խաղաղության իրավունքը: Այսինքն խաղաղության օրակարգը երբեք իր արդիականությունը չի կորցրել, նունիսկ հաստատելուց հետո չի կորցնելու:

Եթե տնտեսությունը հենց այսօր այն աստիճանի զարգացած չէ, ինչքան մենք ուզում ենք, դա չի նշանակում, որ տնտեսության զարգացման օրակարգից պետք է հրաժարվենք, կամ չենք հավատում»:
