politnavigator.net-ն «Արդյո՞ք Հայաստանը կլքի ՀԱՊԿ-ը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Երևանը պաշտոնապես դուրս չի գա ՀԱՊԿ-ից, բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, նվազագույնի կհասցնի մասնակցությունն այդ կազմակերպությանը։ PolitNavigator-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք է հայտնել Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների և նախաձեռնությունների վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Հայկ Խալաթյանը։ «Այս պահին Հայաստանի դուրս գալը ՀԱՊԿ-ից քիչ հավանական եմ համարում։

Բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, եթե նախկինում Ռուսաստանն ու Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ի ռազմական բաղադրիչի խորացման հիմնական նախաձեռնողներն էին, ապա այժմ Երևանը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կմասնակցի ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործունեությանը այնպես, ինչպես կազմակերպության որոշ այլ երկրներ»,- ասել է Խալաթյանը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, արևելագետ Լարիսա Ալեքսանյանը նշել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի Կոնգրեսի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի խոսնակի վերջին այցը Հայաստան նպատակ ուներ «Ռուսաստանին դուրս մղել տարածաշրջանից»։

«Դա Արևմուտքի հերթական փորձն է՝ սեպ խրել Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերություններում։ Փելոսիի այցը ՀԱՊԿում Հայաստանի լինելու կողմնակից հասարակությանը հիասթափեցրեց, ինչպես նաև երկրի ներսում որոշ արևմտամետ ուժերի ակտիվ քարոզչական աշխատանքի ֆոնին հանգեցրեց միամտորեն Արևմուտքից օգնության ակնկալիքով ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու կոչերի ավելացմանը»,- ասել է քաղաքագետը։ Նրա խոսքով, նման կոչերի կողմնակիցները «պետք է հստակ գիտակցեն, որ Արևմուտքը Հայաստանի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու իրական մեխանիզմներ չի առաջարկում»։

«Արևմտյան երկրները չեն պատրաստվում միջամտել հակամարտությանը և նշանակալի օգնություն ցուցաբերել։ Նրանք միայն խոստումներ են տալիս Երևանին, որոնք մնալու են պերճախոս հայտարարությունների մակարդակում։ Կարծում եմ, որ, ի հեճուկս ամեն ինչի, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը չի գնա այնպիսի հապճեպ ու երկրի համար վտանգավոր քայլի, որը կհանգեցնի Հայաստանի համար ռազմաքաղաքական և տնտեսական լուրջ հետևանքների, և Երևանը դեմ առ դեմ կմնա Թուրքիային ու Ադրբեջանին՝ առանց դաշնակիցների, քանի որ նրանց վերջնական նպատակներն ուղղված են հայկական պետականության ոչնչացմանը»,- ամփոփել է Ալեքսանյանը։
