Ներդրումային կոմիտեի նիստում քննարկվել են մի քանի նախագծերի իրականացման հնարավորությունները

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում տեղի է ունեցել Ներդրումային կոմիտեի երկրորդ նիստը:

Օրակարգի առաջին հարցով ներկայացվել է Վտանգավոր հիդրոօդերևութաբանական երևույթների կանխատեսման և վաղօրոք նախազգուշացման համակարգի հիմնման ներդրումային ծրագիրը: Զեկուցվել է, որ նախագծի արժեքն է 3,68 մլրդ դրամ, որով նախատեսվում է ձեռք բերել 3 դոպլերային ռադիոլոկատորներ: Ակնկալվում է, որ արդյունքում մեծ ճշգրտությամբ կկանխատեսվեն վտանգավոր օդերևութաբանական երևույթները, այդ թվում՝ հորդառատ տեղումներ, կարկուտ, փոթորկային քամի, ամպրոպ, մրրկասյուն:

Հաջորդ նախագիծը վերաբերել է Հանրապետական գիտաբժշկական գրադարանի արդիականացմանը, որի արժեքը կազմում է 589 մլն դրամ: Նախատեսվում է գրադարանի վարչական շենքի վերանորոգում, նոր մասնաշենքի կառուցում, տեխնիկայի և ծրագրային ապահովման ձեռքբերում: Ակնկալվում է հետբուհական և շարունակական կրթության հասանելիության և մատչելիության բարձրացում, բժշկական սխալների հետևանքների կրճատում, բժշկի գիտելիքների նկատմամբ հիվանդների վստահության բարձրացում:

Հաջորդիվ ներկայացվել է «Հայավտոկայարան» ՓԲԸ-ի՝ կոնցեսիոն կառացվարման հանձնելու ծրագիրը: Այն գնահատվում է 5 մլրդ 848 մլն դրամ: Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է «Հայավտոկայարան» ՓԲԸ բալանսում գտնվող  26 ավտոկայարանային համալիրների վերակառուցում և նոր ավտոկայարանի կառուցում Երևանում: Ակնկալվում է մասնավոր կառավարման միջոցով բարձրացնել ավտոկայարանային ծառայությունների մատուցման որակը:

Վերոնշյալ ներդրումային նախագծերի շուրջ ծավալվել է մտքերի շահագրգիռ քննարկում, մասնավորապես, դրանց արդյունավետության, ներդրումային արժեքների գնահատման, ակնկալվող արժեքների և այլ հարցերի շուրջ:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը կարևորել է տարբեր ոլորտներում ներդրումային կապիտալ ծրագրերի արդյունավետ իրականացումը, ինչը կնպաստի համայնքների զարգացմանը, քաղաքացիներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացմանը և այլ խնդիրների լուծմանը: Վարչապետը հանձնարարել է քննարկումների ընթացքում ներկայացվող առաջարկությունները հաշվի առնելով՝  ծրագրերի նախագծերը բերել վերջնական տեսքի և ներկայացնել կառավարություն:
