ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հինգերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի զինծառայողի մահվան բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ին` ժամը 23:40-ի սահմաններում, զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասում գտնվող մարտական դիրքում հերթապահության ընդգրկված ժամկետային զինծառայողը, ոտնաձայներ լսելով, մտածել է, թե մոտեցողը հակառակորդի ԶՈՒ զինծառայող է և խախտելով մարտական հերթապահության կրման վերաբերյալ ՀՀ ՊՆ համապատասխան հրամանով սահմանված կանոնները՝ իրեն ամրակցված «АКМ» տեսակի ինքնաձիգից կրակահերթ է արձակել ծառայակցի ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինս ստացել է հրազենային մահացու մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով՝ կրակոցներ արձակած զինծառայողը, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 540-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցանք կատարած լինելու կասկածանքով, ձերբակալվել է։
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
