Սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Ալավերդիում անցկացված ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին «Հայ Ազգային Կոնգրես» կուսակցության համամասնական ցուցակը գլխավորած Նորայր Գևորգյանն ինքնաբացարկ է ներկայացրել։

ՀԱԿ-ից Գևորգյանին առաջարկել են քվե տալ մի կուսակցության, որը նրա համար ընդունելի չի եղել, Գեւորգյանը «Հրապարակ»-ի հետ զրույցում չի բացահայտել, թե ում օգտին է որոշոմ կայացվել.

«Կհայտարարեն, կիմանաք, բայց ինձ համար ընդունելի չէր»,- ասել է նա։

Հիշեցնենք՝ Ալավերդում կիրակի օրը տեղի ունեցած ընտրությունների արդյունքներով որեւէ ուժ «50+1» ձայն չի հավաքել։ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը՝ Արկադի Թամազյանի գլխավորությամբ, առաջին տեղում է՝ 6 հազար 791 (48.6 %) ձայնով, երկրորդը ՔՊ-ն է՝ 6 հազար 557 ձայնով (47%), ցուցակը գլխավորում էր ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Արեն Մկրտչյանը, ով շուրջ մեկ տարի դե ֆակտո Ալավերդու համայնքապետն էր․ բնակիչների հետ հանդիպումների մեջ էր, կառավարությունը լուծում էր քաղաքի խնդիրները, իսկ Մկրտչյանը դա վերագրում էր իրեն։ Երրորդ տեղում ՀԱԿ-ն է, որը ստացել է 340 քվե (2.3%), այսինքն՝ անցողիկ շեմը չի հաղթահարել, սակայն օրենքի ուժով անցնում է ավագանի, քանի որ, ըստ ԸՕ-ի, ավագանին պետք է 3 քաղաքական ուժից կազմված լինի։ Առաջին եւ երկրորդ տեղ գրաված ուժերի միջեւ մանդատները բաշխվել են հավասար, ստացվել է այնպես, որ ՀԱԿ-ի 1 հատիկ մանդատն է որոշելու, թե ով Ալավերդիում կդառնա քաղաքապետ,  կձեւավորի համայնքային իշխանությունը։ Եվ քանի որ իշխանությունը շատ մեծ ռեսուրս է ծախսել այս քաղաքի վրա, եւ նրա համար միեւնույն չէ, թե ում կհասնի համայնքապետի պաշտոնը, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ այստեղ կատաղի պայքար է գնում։
