Հոլանդացի գիտնականները հաղթահարել են 30 տոկոսանոց արգելքը արևային վահանակներով էներգիայի վերափոխման հարցում։ Այս ձեռքբերումը թույլ կտա յուրացնել արևային էներգիան ողջ աշխարհում և նվազեցնել կախվածությունը արդյունահանվող վառելիքից։

Այսօր աշխարհում օգտագործվող արևային վահանակների մեծամասնությունն ունի էներգիայի վերափոխման առավելագույն արդյունավետություն մինչև 22 տոկոս։ Բազմաթիվ գիտնականներ իրենց առջև նպատակ են դրել բարձրացնել այդ ցուցանիշը առնվազն մինչև 30 տոկոս, և որոշներին դա հաջողվել է։ 

Հոլանդացի գիտնականները ստեղծել են սիլիկոնից և պերովսկիտից սարքավորում, որի օգտագործումը արևային էներգիայի ոլորտը ավելի արդյունավետ կդարձնի։ Իհարկե, Եվրոպան այսօր խիստ կախված է հանքահումքային տնտեսությունից և Ռուսաստանից ներկրվող վառելիքի պատճառով լրջագույն խնդիրների է բախվում էլեկտրականություն և ջերմություն ստանալու հարցում, այդ պատճառով էլ Արևմուտքում մեծ թափով սկսել են արևային նոր վահանակներ արտադրել, որոնք թույլ կտան հնարավորինս նվազեցնել Եվրոպայի կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից։ 

Հայաստանն այս առումով փոքր-ինչ ավելի բարվոք վիճակում է, մեզ Ռուսաստանը գազ է մատակարարում համեմատաբար արտոնյալ գներով, սակայն, նույնիսկ այս պարագայում մեր երկիրը էլեկտրականության լուրջ խնդրի առջև է կանգնած, քանի որ, հիշեցնենք, հայկական հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների մեծ մասը մնացել են Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքներում, և այժմ ատոմակայանի, ջերմաէլեկտրակայանների և փոքրաթիվ հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների արդյունահանած էլեկտրաէներգիան հազիվ բավարարում է մեր հանրության նպատակներին, մինչդեռ նախկինում մենք հնարավորություն ունեինք արտահանել Վրաստան և Իրան, և այժմ էլ Հայաստանը պարզապես պարտավոր է զարկ տալ արևային վահանակների արտադրությանը, հատուկ տարածքներ առանձնացնել դրանց համար, որպեսզի ոչ միայն կարողանանք ապահովել մեր էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը, այլ նաև անհրաժեշտության դեպքում էլեկտրաէներգիա առաքենք մեր հյուսիսային և հարավային հարևաններին՝ որոշակի գումարի կամ տնտեսական արտոնությունների դիմաց։

Մեր երկրում, հիշեցնենք, արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», և պետք է պետությունն ամեն ինչ անի թե՛ այդ ընկերությունների թիվը մեծացնելու, թե՛ եղած ընկերություններին համապատասխան արտոնություններ տրամադրելու, արևային էներգիայի ոլորտը նոր թափով զարգացման ռելսերի վրա դնելու համար։
