Միջազգային և տարածաշրջանի լարվածության պայմաններում հաճախ իսկապես դժվար է գույքագրել Հայաստանից Ադրբեջանի կոնկրետ պահանջները: Բայց եթե գնանք գույքագրման ճանապարհով, կարող ենք ասել, որ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանից ունի 5 հիմնական պահանջ: Դրանք հետևյալն են.

  1. ԼՂ պաշտպանության բանակի լուծարում
  2. ԼՂ ճանաչում Ադրբեջանի կազմում՝ առանց որևէ ինքնավար կարգավիճակի: Այսինքն՝ 0 կարգավիճակով:
  3. Միջանցք Հայաստանի տարածքով
  4. Սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման գործընթաց 1919, 1920 թվականի քարտեզներով (առայժմ հայտնի չէ, թե կոնկրետ ո՞ր քարտեզների մասին է խոսքը)
  5. Անհետ կորած ադրբեջանցիների ճակատագրի պարզաբանում, հնարավոր է հետագայում Հայաստանին պատերազմական հանցագործությունների մեջ մեղադրելու միտումով:

Պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ վերը նշված հարցերը թվարկված են՝ ըստ սադրիչ գործողությունների հնարավորության, թե որքանով դրանք կարող են Ադրբեջանի կողմից օգտագործվել Հայաստանի դեմ նոր ռազմական սադրանքներ կազմակերպելու համար:

Սա նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ համապարփակ խաղաղության հասնելու համար պետք է հասցեագրել այս հարցերը: Հասցեագրել՝ տվյալ դեպքում նշանակում է կա՛մ բավարարել պահանջները, կա՛մ գտնել փոխզիջում, կա՛մ Ադրբեջանին ստիպել/համոզել հրաժարվել այդ պահանջներից: Կամ՝ գտնել այլ տարբերակ:
