Ադրբեջանը հաստատել է՝ իր մոտ քանի ռազմագերի է պահվում

Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ
Ռազմագերիները, որոնք սեպտեմբերի 13-ից հայտնվել են Ադրբեջանի տիրապետության տակ, կառավարության անունից միջպետական գանգատների շրջանակներում ապացույցները ներկայացվել են Եվրոպական դատարան: Պիտի նշենք, որ Ադրբեջանը ոչ միշտ է այն ինֆորմացիան ներկայացնում, որը հենց դատարանը պահանջել է: Շատ ընդհանուր տեղեկություն են ներկայացնում: Այս պահի դրությամբ Ադրբեջանը զուտ հաստատել է, որ իր մոտ գտնվում է 17 հայ ռազմագերի: Նրանց մասին ներկայացրել է շատ ընդհանուր տեղեկատվություն, մինչդեռ դատարանը պահանջել էր, որ ավելի մանրամասն տեղեկություն տրամադրի, այդ թվում նրանց վերաբերյալ բժշկական փաստաթղթեր, արդյոք նրանք բժշկական հետազոտությունների ենթարկվել են, թե ոչ։ Մեզ համար նորություն չէ Ադրբեջանի նման վարքագիծը։ Այս մասին քիչ առաջ «Ռազմագերիների հարցը՝ միջազգային իրավական հարթակում» թեմայով քննարկման ժամանակ իր ելույթում ասաց Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Դիանա Քարազյանը:
«Եվրոպական դատարանին ավելի քան համոզիչ ապացույցներ են ներկայացվում, որ ,ի վերջո, այդ միջանկյալ միջոցները կիրառվեն: Միջանկյալ միջոցին հաջորդող պրոցեսներում, երբ միջպետական գանգատները կներկայացվեն ՄԻԵԴ, այդ շրջանակներում, բնականաբար, այս փաստը եւս կարձանագրվի ու համապատասխան պահանջներ կներկայացվեն դատարանին արդեն իրավունքների խախտման մասով։ Ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողների կողմից հայ ռազմագերիների գնդակահարության տեսանյութի մասով այս պահին ընթանում են աշխատանքներ։ Ուզում եմ նշել, որ քանի որ այս պահի դրությամբ մեր գրասենյակն իր աշխատանքները կենտրոնացրել է հրատապ միջոց կիրառելու մասին դատարանին պահանջներ ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ, իսկ տեսանյութում երեւում է, որ այդ մարդիկ ուղղակի սպանվում են, այս պահին միջանկյալ միջոցի պահով, որպես առանձին պահանջ ներկայացնելու համար իրավական գործիքները մեզ թույլ չեն տալիս, բայց անպայման դա կօգտագործվի, որպեսզի առհասարակ հայ ռազմագերիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցը մեկ անգամ ևս ՄԻԵԴ-ում բարձրացվի»,- հավելեց նա։
