ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը ելույթ է ունեցել Պետդումայի լիագումար նիստում, որի շրջանակում Պետդուման վավերացրել է ինքնահռչակ Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունները, Խերսոնի և Զապորոժիեի մարզերը ՌԴ կազմ ներառելու մասին պայմանագրերը, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Լավրովն իր ելույթում ասել է, որ այս տարածքների ներառումը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կազմ դարձել է ռուսական հողերի վերամիավորման տրամաբանական շարունակությունը:

«Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերը անպատիժ սպանում էին Դոնբասի բնակիչներին, միայն այն պատճառով, որ նրանք հրաժարվել են աջակցել նեոնացիստական ռեժիմին: Կիևից կողմից մարդկանց կյանքին սպառնացող աճող սպառնալիքներն անհնարին են դարձրել ԴԺՀ-ի, ԼԺՀ-ի, Խերսոնի և Զապորոժիեի մարզերի գոյությունն Ուկրաինայի կազմում»,- ասել է Լավրովը:

Խոսելով ԱՄՆ-ի մասին՝ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարն ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը, ի տարբերություն Միացյալ Նահանգների, արձագանքում է ոչ թե հեռավոր երկրների երևակայական սպառնալիքներին, այլ իր սահմաններին առկա իրական սպառնալիքներին:

«ԱՄՆ-ն գործում է այնպես, ինչպես Հիտլերը ժամանակին գործում էր ԽՍՀՄ-ի դեմ՝ հպատակեցնելով հավաքական Արևմուտքին՝ Ուկրաինան Ռուսաստանի հետ պատերազմի գործիք դարձնելու համար»,- ասել է դիվանագետը։
