ՀՀ վարչապետն ընդունել է Իտալիայի Վճռաբեկ դատարանի առաջին նախագահի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Իտալիայի Վճռաբեկ դատարանի առաջին նախագահ Պիետրո Կուրցիոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:
Ինչպես հայտնում են վարչապետի աշխատակազմից, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ողջունել է պարոն Կուրցիոյի այցը Հայաստան և հույս հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի և Իտալիայի Վճռաբեկ դատարանների միջև փոխգործակցությունը կզարգանա ու կիրականացվի փորձի արդյունավետ փոխանակում:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է, որ դատական համակարգի բարեփոխումները ՀՀ կառավարության կարևորագույն առաջնահերթություններից մեկն են և հավելել, որ Արևելյան գործընկերության մասնակից պետությունների շարքում Հայաստանը դատական համակարգի անկախության մակարդակով բացարձակ առաջատար է: Վարչապետը ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներն արդյունավետորեն իրականացնելու առումով շեշտել է ԵՄ գործընկերների հետ հետևողական և սերտ համագործակցության կարևորությունը:
Պիետրո Կուրցիոն վստահություն է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի Վճռաբեկ դատարանի հետ քննարկումները կլինեն արդյունավետ, որոնք կնպաստեն ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների վերհանմանը, բարեփոխումների իրականացման գործընթացում համագործակցությանը: Նա նշել է, որ Հայաստանի և Իտալիայի Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդների միջև առաջիկայում ստորագրվելիք համագործակցության համաձայնագիրը ևս նոր ազդակ կհաղորդի փոխգործակցության ընդլայնմանը:
Վարչապետը դատական համակարգի անկախության ապահովումը համարել է ժողովրդավարության համար առանցքային նշանակություն ունեցող խնդիրներից մեկը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անկախ դատական համակարգ ունենալու առումով կարևորել է քաղաքական կամքը, օրենսդրության հետևողական բարելավումն ու դատավորների սոցիալական երաշխիքների ամուր և հուսալի համակարգի ներդրումը: Վարչապետը նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը հետևողական է վերջիններիս ապահովման գործում:
