Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, որում ասվում է․
«Հայ գերիներին 2022թ. սեպտեմբերի 13-ին ադրբեջանական «Կոմանդո» ջոկատի կողմից դաժան գնդակահարության տեսանյութի տարածումից հետո, ադրբեջանական իշխանության կազմակերպմամբ, հրապարակվեց հայ զինվորականների մասնակցությամբ 44-օրյա պատերազմի 1 տեսանյութ` փորձելով վաճառել այն միջազգային հանրությանն ու հավասարության նշան դնել իրենց հետ:
Դրանից հետո էլ ստիպված եղան հայտարարել, թե քրեական գործ են հարուցել:
Բայց դե չդիմանալով` ներկայացրին, թե իբր իրենց քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը հանկարծ տեսավ այդ տեսանյութը, խղճահարվեց ու պահանջեց, որ գործ հարուցեն, ադրբեջանական իշխանությունն էլ այդպես խելոք-խելոք գործ հարուցեց:
Փաստորեն, ցինիկությունն այսպես էլ է լինում:
Բա ինչպե՞ս հասկանանք, որ միայն մեր անձնակազմով 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ ադրբեջանական զինվորականների կողմից հայերին միայն խոշտանգելու, գլխատելու, մարմինները մասնատելու 287 օբյեկտիվ [տեսանյութ] ապացույց ենք ամրագրել` չհաշված մյուս պատերազմական հանցանքները:
Բա ինչպե՞ս հասկանանք այդ հանցագործներին պետական բարձրագույն մակարդակով պարգևատրելն ու հերոսացնելը:
Իսկ միջազգային կառույցները պետք է նկատի ունենան, որ ադրբեջանական հանցանքները այդ երկրում տարիների հայատյացության պետական քաղաքականության հետևանք են, միասնական շղթայի մասեր, ինչը փոքր-ինչ անգամ չի դադարել` պատված լինելով ադրբեջանական կեղծ խաղաղության շղարշով:
Միջազգային կառույցներին ևս մեկ տվյալ` ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում քրեական գործ հարուցվել է դեռ պատերազմի ժամանակ ու այս եզակի, բայց բոլոր դեպքերն այնտեղ քննության առարկա են»:
