Եվրամիության երկրների առաջնորդները հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում կայանալիք հանդիպման ժամանակ մտադիր են Եվրահանձնաժողովին խնդրել սահմանափակել գազի գները։

ԵՄ առաջնորդները կխնդրեն ձեռնարկել հրատապ քայլեր, այդ թվում՝ «գործուն լուծումներ առաջարկել գների իջեցման համար՝ գազի գների սահմանափակման հաշվին», ասվում է հայտարարության նախագծում, որին ծանոթացել է Reuters-ը:

ԵՄ երկրները նախկինում հաստատել են մի շարք միջոցառումներ, ներառյալ անկանխատեսելի հարկերը, որպեսզի մեղմեն սպառողների համար էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացումը: Սակայն պետությունները տարաձայնություններ ունեն հաջորդ քայլի հարցում, որը առաջնորդները կքննարկեն Պրահայում կայանալիք հանդիպման ժամանակ:

27 երկրների մեծ մասը ցանկանում է գազի գների սահմանափակումներ ԵՄ-ի ամբողջ մասշտաբով: Բայց մի շարք երկրներ, հատկապես Գերմանիան, որը Եվրոպայում խոշորագույն գազ սպառողն է, դեմ են դրան։ Բեռլինը մտավախություն ունի, որ գների սահմանափակումը կարող է նշանակել, որ պետությունների համար այս ձմեռ դժվար կլինի վառելիք ներգրավել գնային մրցունակ համաշխարհային շուկաներից:

Եվրահանձնաժողովը դեռ չի առաջարկել սահմանափակումներ մտցնել եւ մտահոգություն է հայտնել այդ գաղափարի վերաբերյալ՝ փոխարենը առաջարկելով երկրներին դիտարկել ավելի նեղ տարբերակներ, օրինակ՝ սահմանափակել գինը միայն ռուսական գազի համար:

Բայց մինչ ԵՄ-ն լրացուցիչ միջոցներ է փնտրում էներգետիկ ճգնաժամը զսպելու համար, երկրներն առաջ են շարժվում ազգային միջոցառումներով, որոնք ստիպում են հարուստ երկրներին շատ ավելի շատ ծախսել, քան աղքատները:

Շաբաթ օրը ելույթ ունենալով Սոֆիայում կայացած միջոցառման ժամանակ՝ Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լյայենն ընդգծել է ԵՄ միասնական շուկայի խեղաթյուրումից խուսափելու անհրաժեշտությունը։ «Առանց համաեվրոպական լուծման մենք լրջորեն մասնատման ռիսկի ենք ենթարկվում։ Հետեւաբար, ծայրահեղ կարեւոր է, որ մենք միասնական շուկայում հավասար պայմաններ պահպանենք Եվրամիությունում բոլորի համար»,- ասել է նա:

Անցյալ շաբաթ Գերմանիան ընկերություններին եւ տնային տնտեսություններին պաշտպանելու 200 միլիարդ եվրոյի ծրագիր է ներկայացրել:

ԵՄ առաջնորդները Հանձնաժողովին նաեւ կխնդրեն գների կրճատման շուրջ բանակցություններ վարել գազի ոչ ռուսական մատակարարների հետ եւ հեղուկ բնական գազի նոր գնային կողմնորոշիչ մշակել, ասվում է հայտարարության նախագծում, որը կարող է փոփոխվել մինչեւ ուրբաթ օրն ընդունելը:
