Մենք՝ որպես ազգ և պետություն, ի վերջո, պետք է մեկընդմիշտ հասկանանք և արձանագրենք, որ չի կարելի երկրորդ անգամ մտնել միևնույն գետը, և փրկություն չի լինելու, եթե չվերականգնվի ուժային հավասարակշռությունը, ուստի այսօր պետք է հայտարարվի միայն մեկ համազգային օրակարգ՝ թշնամուն զսպելուն և նրա նկատմամբ հետագա գերակայության հասնելուն միտված Հայաստանի վերականգնումը»,- գրել է Ոսկանյանը։
