Արցախի պետնախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել՝ անդրադառնալով Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի այսօրվա հայտարարությանը՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին Արցախի պետնախարար դառնալու առաջարկ անելու մասին։

Արտակ Բեգլարյանի գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև,

«Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Ի շարունակություն ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի վերջին հայտարարության Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին պետնախարար նշանակելու առաջարկի վերաբերյալ՝ կուզեի մի քանի շեշտադրում անել.

1. Կարծում եմ՝ այս իրավիճակում դա շատ պահանջված ու իմաստուն որոշում է, և ես անվերապահորեն աջակցում եմ Նախագահի որոշում-առաջարկին:

2. Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նման համաշխարհային մակարդակի ռազմավարական կառավարիչը և բարձր արժեքների տեր մարդը մեծ հնարավորություն է ցանկացած պետության, առավել ևս՝ խոր ճգնաժամ ապրող Արցախի Հանրապետության համար: Ուստի, Արցախ տեղափոխվելու նրա որոշումը լավագույն շանսն է նրա ներուժն ու առաքելության գիտակցումն արդյունավետորեն իրացնելու համար, որի ներկայումս լավագույն մեխանիզմը, իմ պատկերացմամբ նույնպես, լայն լիազորություններով պետական նախարարի պաշտոն զբաղեցնելն է:

3. Նշեմ, որ իմ ու պարոն Վարդանյանի գնահատականները Արցախի ներկայի ու ապագայի վերաբերյալ, հիմնախնդիրների լուծման մոտեցումները մեծապես համընկնում են, և նաև այդ պատճառով ես հավատում եմ, որ նա կարող է զգալի առաջընթաց ապահովել և՛ ներքին, և՛ արտաքին ուղղություններում:

4. Իսկ իմ նախընթաց գործունեության գնահատականների և հետագա անելիքների վերաբերյալ դեռ առիթ կունենամ հանգամանալից խոսելու: Ես շարունակում ու շարունակելու եմ ծառայությունս Հայրենիքիս իմ ամբողջական ներուժով, արժեքներով ու սկզբունքներով հանդերձ, և ցանկացած դիրքում ու հանգամանքում ես մնում եմ շարքային զինվոր՝ հանուն հայոց պետականության և ազգային վերելքի»:
