Կրակոցներ և հետապնդում՝ Լոռիում․ Ford-ի վարորդը, նկատելով պարեկներին, դիմել է փախուստի

Հոկտեմբերի 3-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 18։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու գումարտակի պարեկ Դ. Մանուկյանը իր ծառայակից, նույն գումարտակի պարեկ Ա. Սիրադեղյանի հետ Վանաձոր-Դիլիջան ավտոճանապարհին ծառայություն կատարելու ընթացքում Ֆիոլետովո գյուղի վարչական տարածքում նկատել են Տավուշի մարզից դեպի Լոռու մարզ երթևեկող Ford Transit մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան։
Ford-ի վարորդը, նկատելով պարեկային ծառայության տարբերանշանով ավտոմեքենան, կտրուկ հետադարձ կատարելով սկսել է երթևեկել Դիլիջանի ուղղությամբ։ Պարեկների մոտ կասկած է առաջացել, և բարձրախոսով հորդորել են, որպեսզի նա կանգնի, սակայն վարորդը չի ենթարկվել պարեկների օրինական պահանջին և դիմել է փախուստի։
Պարեկները միացրել են ավտոմեքենայի ձայնային ազդանշանը և դարձյալ հորդորել վարորդին, որպեսզի կանգնի։ Ford-ի վարորդն այս դեպքում նույնպես չի ենթարկվում պարեկների օրինական պահանջներին և սկսում է ավտոմեքենան վարել անկանոն՝ դուրս գալով հանդիպակաց երթևեկելի գոտի՝ իրական վտանգ ստեղծելով մյուս վարորդների տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար։
Հետապնդումը Լոռու մարզից հասնում է Տավուշի մարզ, դեպի Դիլիջան, և պարեկներից Դ. Մանուկյանը իրեն հատկացված ատրճանակից 1 անգամ կատարում է նախազգուշական կրակոց դեպի օդ, որից հետո, սակայն, վարորդը շարունակում է փախուստը։
Այս անգամ պարեկը 2 անգամ կրակում է ավտոմեքենայի հետևի անիվի ուղղությամբ, իսկ Ford-ի վարորդը շարունակում է չենթարկվել և ավտոմեքենան արդեն վարում է Դիլիջանից դեպի Իջևան քաղաքի ուղղությամբ։
Պարեկներին հաջողվում է Դիլիջանի վերջնամասում կագնեցնել Ford-ը և բռնել վարորդին։ Վերջինս Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 38-ամյա Լ. Գ-ն է, իսկ ավտոմեքենայի մեջ հայտնաբերվում է մեծ քանակի փայտանյութ, որի օրինականությունը հավաստող փաստաթուղթ վարորդը չի ներկայացնում։ Ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվում է ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք, իսկ Լ. Գ-ն ապօրինի փայտանյութ տեղափոխեու համար տեղափոխվում է ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժին։
