Մազերի մի մասի ամենօրյա կորուստը մաշկի թարմացման բնական գործընթաց է։ Բայց ի՞նչ անել, եթե մազերը մի քանի անգամ քչացել են, իսկ գլխի վրա տեսանելի են ճաղատության նշաններ։ Այս դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է վերանայել ձեր սնունդը, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում ամենաարդյունավետը կլինի պրոֆեսիոնալ տրիխոլոգի օգնությանը դիմելը և անցնել մազաթափության դեմ բուժմանը:

Վերը թվարկված ճաղատության պատճառները վերաբերում են ինչպես տղամարդկանց, այնպես էլ կանանց: Այնուամենայնիվ, եկեք ավելի սերտ նայենք կանանց մազաթափության պատճառներին: Ամենից հաճախ տհաճ խնդրի պատճառը կարող է լինել կնոջ հորմոնալ ֆոնի փոփոխությունները։ Կանանց մոտ մազաթափության աճը հաճախ սկսվում է ծննդաբերությունից մի քանի շաբաթ անց և կարող է տևել մինչև մի քանի ամիս: Դա հաճախ տեղի է ունենում սթրեսի, հոգնածության, քնի պակասի, մարմնում սպիտակուցի մակարդակի նվազման պատճառով:
Հղիության ընթացքում մազերը նույնպես կարող են ընկնել, հատկապես, եթե ապագա մայրը չի հետևում սննդակարգին: Սննդանյութերի դեֆիցիտի պատճառով առաջանում է ճաղատություն, քանի որ սննդանյութերի և սննդանյութերի մեծ մասը ծախսվում է արգանդում երեխայի առողջության պահպանման վրա։
