Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Այսօր կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԱԺ ամբիոնից հայտարարեց, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ Հայաստանի շուրջ իրադրությունը  շարունակում է բավականին լարված մնալ՝ կայուն լարված։

«Պիտի ասեմ, որ կարծում եմ՝ նաև Պաշտպանության նախարարության հաղորդագրություններից նկատելի է, որ լարվածության թուլացման որոշակի հնարավորություններ մենք տեսնում ենք, բայց պետք է ընդգծեմ, որ այդ իմաստով հնարավորություններ տեսնում ենք նաև բանակցային գործընթացի բովանդակությունից ելնելով։ Տեղյակ եք, որ վերջին 10-15 օրվա ընթացքում տեղի են ունեցել մի շարք հանդիպումներ, մասնավորապես՝ Միրզոյան-Բլինքեն-Բայրամով ֆորմատով։ Տեղի է ունեցել նաև Միացյալ Նահանգների անվտանգության գծով խորհրդական Սալիվանի և ՀՀ ԱԽՔ-ի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնականի հանդիպումը։

Գիտեք, ես… Արարատ Միրզոյանն արդեն նշեց, որ այդ խոսակցությունները պարզ ու հեշտ խոսակցություններ չեն, բայց պիտի ասեմ նաև, որ մեր վերլուծությամբ ու իմ գնահատմամբ՝ վերջին շրջանի քննարկումներն ու դիվանագիտական աշխատանքը մեր առաջ որոշակի տարածք է ստեղծել առաջ գնալու։ Այս առումով ես ուզում եմ հետևյալ գնահատականը նաև տալ, թե ինչ ուղղություններով կարող է որոշակի առաջ գնալու տարածք առաջանալ»,- շեշտեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Ըստ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ինքն ԱԺ ամբիոնից, ինչպես նաև իր վերջին հարցազրույցի ժամանակ է խոսել 1991 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 8-ի համաձայնագրի հիման վրա Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից փոխադարձ տարածքային ամբողջականություն ճանաչելու կոնցեպտի մասին։

«Կան նախանշաններ, որ այդ հենքը և այս մոտեցումը կարող է փոխադարձաբար ընդունելի լինել կողմերի համար։ Կարծում եմ՝ կա որոշակի տարածք, որպեսզի տեղի ունենա և մեկնարկի խոսակցություն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, սա համարում եմ անկյունաքարային նշանակություն ունեցող։ Նաև պիտի արձանագրեմ, որ ըստ էության այս փուլում բավարարված ենք միջազգային արձագանքով՝ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ»,- շեշտեց նա։

Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ մեկնում է Պրահա, որտեղ հանդիպելու է և՛ Էրդողանի, և՛ Ալիևի հետ, ինչը տեղավորվում է ընդհանուր խաղաղության օրակարգի մեջ։

Ինչ վերաբերում է իրենց ուղղված քննադատություններին, որ Արցախը հանձնել են, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկին հիշեց նախկին իշխանություններին։

Այնուհետև հարց տվեց, ինքն էլ իր հարցին պատասխանեց

«Արդյո՞ք ՀՀ որևէ իշխանություն Ղարաբաղը ճանաչել է Ադրբեջանի կազմում, և ո՞ր իշխանությունն է ճանաչել։ Այո, Հայաստանը Ղարաբաղը ճանաչել է Ադրբեջանի կազմում և դա իրականացվել է Վարդան Օսկանյանի հեղինակությամբ, որովհետև այն պահից, երբ ընդունել է Մադրիդյան սկզբունքները որպես բանակցությունների հիմք, այդ պահից սկսած ճանաչել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանի կազմում։

Հիշեցնեմ, որ այս ամբիոնից դրա մասին մեկ ժամանոց ելույթ եմ ունեցել, որին հետո որևէ բովանդակային հակադարձում տեղի չի ունեցել, մեկը չի ասել, որ էդպես չի։ Հիմա պետք չէ այսպես հիստերիկ հայտարարություններ անել։ Վարդան Օսկանյանն է եղել, որ հրապարակային Հայաստանին ճանաչել է օկուպանտ։ Մենք պետք է խոստովանենք, որ այդ հայտարարությունները, որովհետև այն ժամանակ ոչ թե Վարդան Օսկանյանը և Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն են ճանաչել Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջանի մաս, այլ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն է  ճանաչել։ Թող խրոխտ ելույթներ չունենան, դա տեղի է ունեցել 2007 թվականին»,- եզրափակեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
