«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Դեռևս տասն օր առաջ նշել էինք, որ հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում նախատեսվող ԵՄ գագաթաժողովի շրջանակներում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարող է հանդիպել ոչ միայն Թուրքիայի նախագահի, այլև Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ: Ավելին, հավելել էինք, որ քննարկվում է այլ ֆորմատներով հանդիպումների հնարավորությունները ևս: Եվ ահա, երեկ խորհրդարանում, բացի նորից «նախկիններին» կապիտուլ յացիայի կամ Արցախը Ադրբեջանի կազմում ճանաչելու մեջ մեղադրելուց, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նաև հայտարարել է. «Ես մեկնում եմ Պրահա, և քառակողմ հանդիպում է նախատեսված իմ, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի և ԵՄ խորհրդի նախագահի միջև։
Նախատեսված է հանդիպում Թուրքիայի նախագահի հետ։ Եթե որևէ բան չփոխվի, հիմնական հանդիպումները կլինեն սրանք»: Փաշինյանը նաև նշել է, որ «այդ հանդիպումները խաղաղության օրակարգի քննարկման մեջ են տեղավորվում»: Քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Ռուբեն Մարգարյանը կարծում է, որ այսօրվա հանդիպումներից, ինչպես նաև հոկտեմբերի 14-ին Պուտինի հետ հնարավոր հանդիպումից շատ բան է կախված: «Ըստ էության, շատ վերջակետների առումով հստակեցումներ կլինեն: Մի շարք իրողություններ վկայում են, որ մոտեցել ենք ինչ-որ ջրբաժանի, և Փաշինյանն ընտրությունն արդեն կատարել է»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց Մարգարյանը՝ հավելելով, որ հոկտեմբերը տարբեր հարցերի առումով վճռական է լինելու Հայաստանի համար:
«Հայացք» վերլուծական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Աննա Կարապետյան էլ բանակցությունների և «խաղաղության օրակարգի» հետ կապված կարծում է, որ եթե սկզբում խոսքը «Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցում նշաձողն իջեցնելու» ճանապարհի մասին էր, ապա այսօր, ըստ էության, այդ նշաձողն ընդհանրապես զրոյացվում է: «Հայաստանի իշխանությունն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ձեռքերը լվանում է Արցախի հետ առնչվող որևէ հարցի քննարկումից, կարգավորումից, առհասարակ փորձում է Արցախի ճակատագրի հետ կապված հարցերի կարգավորման համար այլևս իրեն պատասխանատու չդիտել»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց Կարապետյանը:
