Գեղամ Մանուկյանի որդին՝ Տարոն Մանուկյանը և Գոռ Սարգսյանն ազատ արձակվեցին

ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ՀՅԴ անդամ Գեղամ Մանուկյանի որդին՝ Տարոն Մանուկյանը և ՀՅԴ ՀԵՄ ղեկավար Գոռ Սարգսյանն ազատ են արձակվել։ Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ դատավոր Ռոման Սմբատյանի նախագահությամբ, բավարարել է Տարոն Մանուկյանի և Գոռ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը գրավով փոխելու մասին միջնորդությունը՝ գրավի չափ սահմանելով 3.000.000 ՀՀ դրամը։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ն տեղեկանում է պաշտպան Աբգար Պողոսյանից։
Ի դեպ, կալանավայրում գտնվելու ընթացքում խախտվել է Տարոն Մանուկյանի՝ կրթություն ստանալու իրավունքը։ Մասնավորապես, ՔԿՀ-ում գտնվելիս Մանուկյանը հնարավորություն չի ունեցել հանձնելու քննությունները և փոխադրվելու չորրորդ կուրս, թեև ֆակուլտետի դեկանը և դասախոսները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ՔԿՀ-ում անցկացնել Մանուկյանի քննությունը։ Օրերս ԵՊՀ Արևելագիտության ֆակուլտետի դեկան Ռուբեն Մելքոնյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ Տարոն Մանուկյանը ԵՊՀ-ից հեռացվել է, իսկ հեռացման հրամանը Մելքոնյանը՝ որպես դեկան, հրաժարվել է ստորագրել։
Հիշեցնենք, որ մայիսի 8-ին ընդդիմադիր գործիչների նախաձեռնությամբ Գյումրիում հանրահավաք է եղել։ Նույն օրը Գյումրու Երևանյան խճուղում գտնվող հասարակական տրանսպորտի կանգառում միջադեպ-վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել։ Մասնավորապես, կանգառում կանգնած տարեց տղամարդիկ՝ 74, 56, 72 և 84 տարեկան, հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցրել դաշնակցական երիտասարդների հասցեին, ձվեր նետել վերջիններիս ուղղությամբ, ինչից հետո վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել։ Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, տարեց տղամարդիկ տուժող են ճանաչվել։ Քրեական գործով մեղադրյալները յոթն են՝ Տարոն Մանուկյանը, Գոռ Սարգսյանը, Հոսիեկ Սարկիսյանը, Արսեն Մարտոյանը, Գոռ Մաթևոսյանը, Գևորգ Մուրադյանը և Վելիխան Խլղաթյանը։ Վերջիններս մեղադրվում են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով։
