ՀՀ վերադարձած 17 զինծառայողների խոշտանգված չլինելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունն իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում․ ՔԿ պարզաբանում

2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի հոկտեմբերի 4-ին Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն վերադարձրած 17 զինծառայողների խոշտանգված չլինելու մասով` ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի քարտուղարի կողմից civic.am կայքին տրված պատասխանն ունի որոշակի պարզաբանումների և մի շարք հատվածներում նաև` հերքման անհրաժեշտություն:
«Հիշյալ հանգամանքով պայմանավորված` հարկ ենք համարում տեղեկացնել, որ վերոնշյալ 17 զինծառայողների հետ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում իրականացվել և ներկայումս էլ իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և վարութային այլ գործողություններ, մասնավորապես՝ կատարվել են հարցաքննություններ, փորձաքննություն նշանակելու համար ստացվել են նմուշներ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական և այլ փորձաքննություններ, զինծառայողները ներկայացվել են ՀՀ ԱՆ «Դատական բժշկության գիտագործնական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ՝ փորձաքննվելու համար:
Վերադարձված ռազմագերիների մասնակցությամբ դեռևս ընթացքում են գտնվում հարցաքննությունները, ուստի` 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 5-ի դրությամբ քրեական վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը Քննչական կոմիտեի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի պատասխանատու Վարդան Թադևոսյանին օբյեկտիվորեն չէր կարող տրամադրել տեղեկատվություն` դեռևս չավարտված քննչական գործողության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ։
Ասվածից հետևում է, որ վերոգրյալ պատասխանում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնյան չէր կարող հաստատապես փաստել հայ զինծառայողների խոշտանգված չլինելու հանգամանքը, և հրապարակվածը հեռախոսային կարճ հարցազրույցի ընթացքում տրված հարցադրումների ու պատասխանների ոչ ճիշտ ընկալման արդյունք է, և մամուլի խոսնակն ընդամենը նպատակադրում է ունեցել տեղեկացնել իր կողմից խոշտանգման հանգամանքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ չունենալու իրողությունը:
Այս ամենով հանդերձ՝ անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում տեղեկացնել, որ հրապարակված և զինծառայողների` ծանր վիրավորում ստացած չլինելու, խոշտանգված չլինելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունն իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում»,-նշվում է ՔԿ-ի պարզաբանման մեջ:
