Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հոկտեմբերի 5-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզում ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողների կողմից Սևան քաղաքում իրականացվել է ուժեղացված ծառայություն, որը ղեկավարել են ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի պետ Սուրիկ Ջանիկյանն ու նույն բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի պետ Կարեն Ավետիսյանը։
Ինչպես հայտնում է աղբյուրը, նույն օրը քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացել։ Այնուհետև այդ օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելով, ժամը 21։00-ին Սևան քաղաքից դեպի Լճաշեն գյուղի խաչմերուկ տանող հարակից հատվածից ապօրինի թմրամիջոց պահելու և զինամթերք կրելու կասկածանքով Սևանի ոստիկանություն է տեղափոխվել Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 50-ամյա Վարդգես Գ․-ն։
Անձնական խուզարկությամբ նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է 2 հատ ապակյա կաթուցիչ գորշ նստվածքով, որից մեկը մոտ 3․57, մյուսը՝ 2․24 գրամ քաշով։ Հայտնաբերվել է նաև թղթի մեջ լցված կանեփանման զանգված մոտ 3․23 գրամ քաշով, դանակ իր պատյանով, 1 հատ «ԲՌ․Մ-75» գրառմամբ նռնակ իր պայթուցիչով և 1 հատ հեռադիտակ։
Ըստ տեղեկությունների՝ Վարդգես Գ․-ն հայտնել է, որ հայտնաբերված կաթուցիչների և թղթյա փաթեթի մեջ եղած զանգվածները հանդիսանում են մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որոնք պատկանում են իրեն։ Իսկ այդ ամենը նա ձեռք է բերել նույն օրը Հայաստանի զորամասերից մեկին հարակից դաշտամիջյան հատվածից։ Իսկ նռնակը ձեռք է բերել 2020 թվականին Արցախյան 44-օրյա պարտերազմի ժամանակ, երբ եղել է Արցախի զորամասերից մեկում։ Իսկ դանակն ու հեռադիտակը գնել է խանութից։
Վարդգես Գ․-ն ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնից ներկայացվել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժին։
