Երեկ՝ հոկտեմբերի 7-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 11։15-ի սահմաններում Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության 911 ճգնաժամային կառավարման և ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոններ ահազանգ է ստացվել անհայտ քաղաքացուց, ով հայտնել է, որ ինքը գտնվում է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում և իր ցուցումով ժամը 11։30-ին՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի Մխիթար Գոշ և Մյասնիկյան փողոցներում գործող Լոռու մարզի դատախազության և առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նկուղներում ռումբեր են տեղադրվել, և քիչ անց պայթեցվելու են։

Ինչպես հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը, մի քանի ժամ որոնողական ստուգումների արդյունքում նշված տարածքներում ռումբ կամ որևէ պայթուցիկ սարքավորում չի հայտնաբերվել։

Մինչ փրկարարներն ու սակրավորները որոնողական աշխատանքներ էին կատարում, ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի ծառայողները, ձեռնարկելով օպերատիվ միջոցառումներ, պարզել են, որ կեղծ ահազանգը կատարվել է Վանաձորի բանտում գտնվող կալանավոր 46-ամյա Գառնիկ Բաղդասարյանի կողմից։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջինս կալանավորվել է ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 175 հ. 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով , 177 հ. 1 մասի 1.1 կետով, 177 հ. 2-րդ մասի 1,3 կետեր, 177հ. 2-րդ մասի 2,3 կետեր, 177 հ. 2 մասի 3-րդ կետով։ Դեպքի փաստով Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել։
