Վիճաբանություն-ծեծկռտուք Երևանում․ բժիշկները պայքարում են 30-ամյա առաքիչի կյանքի համար

Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ հոկտեմբերի 6-ին «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխված վիրավոր քաղաքացու դեպքի փաստով։
Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, այդ օրը, ժամը 19։50-ի սահմաններում նշված բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգել են ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին և հայտնել, որ «կրծքավանդակի առաջնային պատի սրտի պրոյեկցիայով ծակած-կտրած, թափանցող թորակո-աբդոմինալ վերք, պրեկարդիալ ճարպաբջջանքի ստոծանու, ստամոքսի առաջնային պատի շճաթաղանթի վնասումներով, ձախակողմյան հեմոթորաքս, վերքային արյունահոսություն» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։
Հիվանդանոց է մեկել ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի պետ Անանյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Ժամանել են նաև Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ ավագ քննիչ Մուրադյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին և քննիչներին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու, քանի որ գտնվում է վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում։
Մինչ Էրեբունու հիվանդանոցի բժիշկները պայքարում էին վիրավորի կյանքի համար, ինչը նրանց հաջողվել է, ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Երևանի բնակիչ 30-ամյա Արտուշ Հ․-ն է։
Էրեբունու քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները, համագործակցելով ոստիկանության Էրեբունու տարածքի վետերանների հետ, պարզել են, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 19։20-ի սահմաններում Նոր Արեշի 22-րդ փողոցի 11 հասցեի մոտ, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ վիրավոր Արտուշ Հ․-ի և Երևանի բնակիչ 26-ամյա Արսեն Վ․-ի միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ Արտուշ Հ․-ն փայտե մահակով հարվածել է Արսեն Վ․-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ։ Իսկ հետո Արսեն Վ․-ն երկաթյա ձողով 2 անգամ հարվածել է Արտուշ Հ․-ի կրծքավանդակին։
Էրեբունու ոստիկանները տաք հետքերով հայտնաբերել են Արսեն Վ․-ին, ով տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին, որտեղից էլ նախապատրաստված նյութերի հետ միասին նրան ներկայացրել են Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղ էլ քննիչի որոշմամբ՝ նա ձերբակալվել է։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ նրան տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր։ Իսկ Արտուշ Հ-ն աշխատում է «Դիմիտրով» թոնրատանը որպես առաքիչ։
