Մեր երկիրը հայտնվել է ծայրահեղ դժվար իրավիճակում, և դա առավել սուր է զգացվում Սյունիքում և Ջերմուկում:

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն է արել այդ արձանագրումը։ Գործիչն օրերս եղել է սահմանամերձ շրջաններում, ծանոթացել հերոսական կռիվ մղած հայ զինվորականների հետ, և արձանագրում է՝ անելիք ահավոր շատ կա, դա պահանջում է մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի հավելյալ ջանքը, և ոչ միայն այսօր, այլ առաջիկա տարիների ընթացքում, մինչև մենք կարողանանք որակական նոր մակարդակի դուրս բերենք մեր պետությունն ու բանակը, և անվտանգ դարձնենք մեր կյանքը հարազատ հողի վրա:

«Մի խաբվեք այսօրվա հարաբերական անդորրով, գայլերի լկտի ժպիտը և ոչխարների հեզ մկկոցը Պրահայում ոչ մի լավ բան չի խոստանում»,- արձանագրում է Չալաբյանը: Մինչ վարչախմբի պարագլուխը Պրահայում հերթական անգամ վիզն էր ծռում թշնամու առջև, Ավետիք Չալաբյանը նշում է, թե մեր զինվորականները հերոսական դիմադրություն են ցույց տվել սեպտեմբերի կռիվներին, մանավանդ մեծ կորուստներ է թշնամուն հասցրել հրետանին:

«Մեր տղերքը կռվել են հերոսաբար, բայց մեր երկրի քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը պարզապես արժանի չի նրանց սխրանքին: Այս տարի այն սեփական վախերից դրդված, մի քանի ամիս բանակի Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ չէր նշանակում, և բանակը թողել էր անգլուխ, անհրաժեշտ նոր սպառազինություն չէր գնում, մեղքը գցելով «դաշնակցի» վրա, բավարար չափով ամրաշինական աշխատանքներ չէր կատարում դիրքերում, անպաշտպան թողելով դրանցում գտնվող զինվորներին, իմանալով սպասվող հարձակման մասին, ոչ մի կանխարգելիչ գործողություն չի ձեռնարկել, թույլ տալով, որ թշնամին անարգել ներխուժի մեր տարածք: Այս ցանկը կարող եմ շարունակել, բայց նախընտրում եմ դա անել ապագայում դատարանում, երբ այս ամենի իրական մեղավորները կկանգնեն օրենքի առաջ»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը՝ հավելելով, թե Սյունիքում տագնապ կա մարդկանց մոտ, զգացվում է, որ նրանց խաղաղ կյանքը խաթարված է:

Մինչ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը փորձում է ստվերել հայ զինվորականության սխրանքը, վարկաբեկել հայոց բանակը, Ավետիք Չալաբյանն ու մյուսները հանրությանն են հասցնում իրողությունը, պատմում հայ զինվորի մասին։ Այսպիսի իշխանություն է պետք Հայաստանին, որ բարձրացնի հայկական բանակի վարկը, հեղինակությունը, զինվածությունն ու մարտունակությունը, այլ ոչ պարբերաբար նվաստացնի հայ զինվորականությանը։
