Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտնել է, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի անվտանգությունն ապահովվում է պատշաճ մակարդակով, գրում է gazeta.ru-ն։

Այսպիսով, նա մեկնաբանել է Սպիտակ տան ազգային անվտանգության նախկին խորհրդական Ջոն Բոլթոնի հայտարարությունը, թե ՌԴ նախագահը կդառնա «լեգիտիմ ռազմական թիրախ», եթե Ռուսաստանը միջուկային զենք օգտագործի։ Պեսկովի խոսքով՝ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի անվտանգությունն ապահովված է պատշաճ մակարդակով՝ հաշվի առնելով բոլոր սպառնալիքները։ Նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը չի ցանկանում մասնակցել միջուկային հռետորաբանությանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի՝ ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդական Ջոն Բոլթոնը հայտարարել է, որ եթե ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը միջուկային զենք օգտագործի, ապա դրանով կստորագրի իր ինքնասպանության գրությունը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ միջուկային զենքի կիրառման դեպքում գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարը կդառնա «լեգիտիմ ռազմական թիրախ»։

«Նա ռուսական բանակի որոշումների կայացման և վերահսկողության կենտրոնն է։ Մենք դա անվանում ենք ազգային հրամանատարական իշխանություն: Նա օրինական ռազմական թիրախ է: Կարծում եմ, թեև կան շատ այլ բաներ, որոնք մենք նույնպես կարող ենք անել, նա պետք է իմանա, որ նա մեր թիրախների ցանկում է», - ասել է Բոլթոնը CBS-ին:
