«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Օրեր առաջ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրում լուրջ դժգոհություններ կան կառավարությունից, մասնավորաբար տեղական ռազմարդյունաբերության նախագծերը չեն ֆինանսավորվում: Տնտեսագետ Կարեն Ադոնցը կարծում է, որ նման ձևով ռազմարդյունաբերություն զարգացնել ուղղակի հնարավոր չէ: «Պատերազմը պետք է ճշգրիտ վարել ու մեր լեռնային պայմաններում մեզ առավել շատ ԱԹՍ-ներ են պետք: Կիրառելի ռազմամթերքի վրա պետք է կենտրոնանալ, հետևաբար, մեզ պետք են համապատասխան տեխնոլոգիաներ, մասնագետներ ու ոլորտներ: Բայց այն ձևով, որով հիմա առաջնորդվում ենք, ճիշտ արտադրություն չի կարող լինել:
Հնարավոր չէ գործարան դնել ու ասել՝ դե, մեզ համար հրանոթներ արտադրեք: Արտադրությունները պետք է կայացած լինեն, ինչը ժամանակ, նաև շուկա է պահանջում: Տեխնոլոգիական ցիկլերն անցնելը պարտադիր է: Պետք է սկսենք ներքևից ու, այո, կայացնենք այդ ընկերությունները, ինչի համար պետք է լինի պետական քաղաքականություն: Այլ տարբերակ չկա: Մի տարբերակ, չնայած, կա, այն է, որ աշխարհը պետք է մեզ զենք մատակարարի, բայց նույն արևմտյան աշխարհն ունի շահեր, որոնք ինչ-որ առումով համընկնում են թուրքական շահերի հետ: Կան բազմաթիվ հարցեր, որոնք թույլ չեն տալիս նման քաղաքականություն վարել ու սպասել աշխարհի մատակարարումներին: Մենք պետք է մերն ունենանք:
