Regnum.ru–ն գրում է, որգործարար և բարերար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը կարող է բարձրագույն պետական պաշտոններ զբաղեցնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, իսկ ավելի ուշ Հայաստանում։ Այդ մասին REGNUM-ի թղթակցին ասել է քաղաքագետ, «Ժողովրդի ձայնը» (Հայաստան) փորձագիտական ակումբի անդամ Արման Ղուկասյանը։
«Ի սկզբանե պարզ էր, որ Վարդանյանի Ղարաբաղ գնալը քաղաքական նպատակներ ունի։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը մշտապես հասարակական-հասարակական ակտիվություն է ցուցաբերել Հայաստանում և Ղարաբաղում։ Նա նախաձեռնել է տարբեր հասարակական նախաձեռնություններ, որոնք ակտիվորեն իրականացրել է Հայաստանում։ Ակտիվ լուրեր են պտտվում, որ Վարդանյանը սատարում է Հայաստանի քաղաքական կուսակցություններից մեկին՝ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությանը։ Այդ կուսակցության ղեկավարներին հաճախ կարելի է տեսնել Վարդանյանի կողքին Հայաստանում ու Ղարաբաղում տարբեր միջոցառումների ժամանակ։ Իհարկե, սա կարելի է համարել նրա քաղաքական կարիերայի սկիզբը, և կարծում եմ, որ նրանից կընդունվի այն առաջարկը, որը նրան արվել է Ղարաբաղի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի կողմից (պետական նախարար դառնալ)։ Եթե Վարդանյանին հաջողվի հասնել հաջողությունների Ղարաբաղում իր աշխատանքում, ապա նա կունենա բոլոր հնարավորությունները պահանջված դառնալու և իրական հնարավորություններ ստանալու արդեն իսկ հենց Հայաստանում պետական բարձր պաշտոնների հավակնելու։ Վարդանյանը թե՛ Հայաստանում, թե՛ Ղարաբաղում միշտ դրական է ընկալվել որպես մարդասեր, գործարար և բարերար հասարակության, քաղաքական էլիտաների և մամուլի կողմից։ Սակայն, որպես քաղաքական գործիչ, նա դեռ պետք է իրեն ցույց տա դրական իմաստով: Հանրաճանաչության առումով Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի մոտ ամեն ինչ կարգին է, բայց մնում է այդ ամենը կապիտալացնել քաղաքական մակարդակով»,- ասել է Արման Ղուկասյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ռուս ձեռնարկատեր Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, ում կարողությունը գնահատվում է մեկ միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար, Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն է ստացել 2022 թվականի հունիսին, ապա մշտական բնակության է տեղափոխվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ։
