Ղրիմի կամրջի վրա տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչության կազմակերպիչը եղել է Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության նախարարության գլխավոր հետախուզական վարչությունը, որի հետևանքով  ձերբակալվել են Ռուսաստանի հինգ, Ուկրաինայի և Հայաստանի երեք քաղաքացիներ, հայտնում է TsOS FSB-ն։ Այս մասին չորեքշաբթի հայտնել է հատուկ ծառայությունը։

Հոկտեմբերի 8-ի առավոտյան Ղրիմի կամրջի վրա բեռնատար է պայթեցվել, ինչի հետևանքով հրդեհ է բռնկվել։ Կամուրջի երկու ավտոմոբիլային բացվածքների մասնակի փլուզում է տեղի ունեցել: ՌԴ Քննչական կոմիտեի նախնական տվյալներով՝ պայթյունի հետևանքով երեք մարդ է զոհվել, իսկ ահաբեկչության պատվիրատուներն ու հեղինակները եղել են Ուկրաինայի հատուկ ծառայությունները։

«Հաստատվել է, որ Ղրիմի կամրջի վրա ահաբեկչության կազմակերպիչը եղել է Ուկրաինայի ՊՆ գլխավոր հետախուզական վարչությունը, նրա ղեկավար Կիրիլ Բուդանովը, աշխատակիցներ և գործակալներ:

Նշվում է, որ Բուլղարիայից Փոթի նավահանգիստ բեռների փոխադրման կազմակերպմանը մասնակցել են Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիներ Ցյուրկալո Միխայիլ Վլադիմիրովիչը, Կովաչ Դենիս Օլեգովիչը, Սոլոմկո Ռոման Իվանովիչը, Վրաստանի քաղաքացիներ Ինոսարիձե Սանդրոն, «Լևան» մականվամբ բրոքերը և Հայաստանի քաղաքացի։

Ըստ ԱԴԾ-ի՝ սեպտեմբերի 29-ից հոկտեմբերի 3-ը Երևանում՝ Transalliance տերմինալում, բեռը մաքսազերծվել է ԵԱՏՄ կանոնների համաձայն և փաստաթղթերը փոխարինվել, որից հետո այն արդեն ուղարկվել է GU AR GROUP ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից (Հայաստան, Ալավերդի), իսկ ստացող «Լիդեր» ՍՊԸ-ն (Մոսկվա):

Ենթադրվում է, որ հոկտեմբերի 4-ին բեռը Վրաստանում գրանցված DAF բեռնատարով հատել է ռուս-վրացական սահմանը Վերին Լարսի անցակետով և հոկտեմբերի 6-ին առաքվել ու բեռնաթափվել Արմավիրի մեծածախ բազայում։

«Հոկտեմբերի 7-ին Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացի Ռ.Սոլոմկոյի, 1987 թվականին ծնված Զլոբ Վլադիմիրի Վասիլևիչի և Ռուսաստանի ևս հինգ հաստատված քաղաքացիների աջակցությամբ բեռի փաստաթղթերը կրկին փոխվել են, ուղարկողին նշել են «ՏԵԿ-» ՍՊԸ-ն, իսկ ստացողը Ղրիմի Հանրապետությունում գոյություն չունեցող ընկերություն է։ Նույն օրը ծղոտե ներքնակները բարձվել են Սիմֆերոպոլ մեկնած ՌԴ քաղաքացի, 1971 թվականին ծնված Յուսուբով Մախիրի բեռնատարի մեջ և ս.թ. 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 8-ին՝ ժամը 06.03-ին, պայթյուն է որոտացել Ղրիմի կամրջին»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Ըստ ԱԴԾ-ի, ողջ երթուղու երկայնքով բեռների տեղաշարժի և մասնակիցների հետ շփումների հսկողությունն իրականացրել է ՊՆ գլխավոր հետախուզական վարչության աշխատակիցը՝ ներկայանալով որպես «Իվան Իվանովիչ»:

Այս պահին քրեական գործի շրջանակներում կալանավորվել են հանցագործության նախապատրաստմանը մասնակցած ՌԴ հինգ քաղաքացիներ, Ուկրաինայի երեք քաղաքացիներ և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ։
