Հոկտեմբերի 13-14-ը Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Ղազախստանում կմասնակցի Ասիայում փոխգործակցության և վստահության միջոցների ամրապնդման համաժողովին, ինչպես նաև ԱՊՀ գագաթնաժողովին, որոնց շրջանակում կքննարկվի նաև Հարավային Կովկասում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, Ռիա Նովոստի գործակալության փոխանցմամբ, հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը։
«Ռուսաստանը մտադիր է Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին առաջարկել հերթական եռակողմ գագաթնաժողովն անցկացնել՝ երեք երկրի ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ, մոտ ապագայում, հուսով ենք, կհամաձայնեցնենք ժամկետները»,- ասել է Ուշակովը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանն ակտիվորեն նպաստում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը: «Տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության հասնելու բանալին Ռուսաստանի նախագահի ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ ձեռք բերված եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացումն է», - շեշտել է Ուշակովը:
ՌԴ նախագահի օգնականը հավելել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կարգավորման գործընթացին փորձում են միջամտել արտատարածաշրջանային մի շարք խաղացողներ, մասնավորապես՝ ԵՄ-ն և ԱՄՆ-ը, որոնք, Ուշակովի համոզմամբ, հիմնականում օգտագործում են Մոսկվայի ձեռքբերումները։
