Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին ընթացիկ տարվա սեպտեմբերի 13-ի կեսգիշերին սկիզբ առած մարտերի օրերին անհետ կորած համարվող զինծառայող Վահե Թորոսյանի հարազատներն այսօր առավոտից փակել էին Մարգարա-Էջմիածին ճանապարհը և ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունից պահանջում էին տեղեկություն զինծառայողի մասին:

Վահեի հարազատները հայտնել են, որ գիտեն, թե որտեղ է իրենց զինվորը թաքնվում, բայց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունից փոխանցել են, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը թույլ չի տալիս մտնել այդ տարածք:

Վահե Թորոսյանի հարազատների կողմից Մարգարա-Էջմիածին ճանապարհի փակելու ընթացքում Ազգային ժողովում հանդիպում էի Հայաստանում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի պատվիրակության ղեկավար Թիերի Ռիբոյի հետ։ Օպերատիվ կերպով գործընկերոջս՝ պարոն Ռիբոյին հասցրի Վահե հարազատների ահազանգը՝ ներկայացնելով մանրամասն տեղեկություններ։

Հարազատների բարձրացրած հրատապ խնդրի կապակցությամբ իմ հանձնարարականով ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի փորձագետը կապ հաստատեց ՀՀ ՊՆ-ի ներկայացուցչի հետ՝ Վահեի հարազատների ահազանգի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ ՊՆ-ի կողմից ձեռնարկված և առաջիկա քայլերի վերաբերյալ հստակ տեղեկություն ստանալու հարցով, սակայն ի պատասխան՝ միայն հայտնեցին, որ զրուցել են հարազատների հետ և ճանապարհել։

Ադրբեջանի այս հանցավոր վարքագիծը խախտում է միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի անկյունաքարային դրույթները, ուստի հրատապ նամակներ եմ ուղարկում միջազգային գործընկերներիս՝ պարտադրելու Ադրբեջանին թույլատրել համապատասխան ուժերին՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից վերահսկվող տարածքից դուրս բերելու Վահե Թորոսյանին դեպի հայկական կողմ։
