Աստանայում ընթանում է Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի, Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հանդիպումը։ Այս մասին իր Տելեգրամ ալիքում գրել է Ռուսաստան ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան:
«Ելնելով այն բանից, որ ժամանակն արագ է ընթանում, իրադարձությունները զարգանում են բավական սրընթաց, ես կարծում եմ, որ այսօր շատ հարմար առիթ է՝ շփվելու այս թեմայով եւ տեսնելու, թե ինչ կարող ենք զեկուցել մեր ղեկավարներին պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման մասով, որոնք նրանք ստորագրել են»,- ասել է Լավրովը՝ բացելով եռակողմ հանդիպումը։ Նա վստահություն է հայտնել, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում կհաջողվի «ավելի լավ հասկանալ, թե ինչպես առաջ շարժվենք»։
ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հայտարարել է, որ հանդիպումը համարում է լավ հնարավորություն Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու հարցում լուծումներ գտնելու, ինչպես նաեւ ղարաբաղյան կարգավորումը երեք երկրների ղեկավարների եռակողմ հայտարարությունների հունով կարգավորելու առումով, տեղեկացրել է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն։
Բայրամովը հայտարարել է, որ օգտակար կլիներ բանակցել «նաեւ խաղաղ կարգավորման այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ, որոնց թվում են պետական սահմանի սահմանազատումը, հաղորդակցությունների բացումը, ինչպես նաեւ հումանիտար բնույթի հարցերը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հոկտեմբերի 12-ին աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Ղազախստանի մայրաքաղաք Աստանա` մասնակցելու ԱՊՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի նիստին:
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Ռուսական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ՝ հոկտեմբերի 14-ին Աստանայում նախատեսված է անցկացնել Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպումը:
