Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել է, որ զարմացել է՝ կարդալով Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հայտարարությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ռուսաստանի դերի վերաբերյալ։ Պուտինը Մակրոնի՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ռուսաստանի «ապակառուցողական» դերի մասին հայտարարությունները որակել է «ոչ կոռեկտ և անընդունելի»՝ ընդգծելով, թե այդ հայտարարություններում չկա հակամարտության բուն ընթացքի ըմբռնում, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Իհարկե, մենք ողջունում ենք ցանկացածի միջնորդական ջանքերը, քանի դեռ դրանք ի շահ իրավիճակի հանդարտեցման են, ի շահ հակամարտությունների բոլոր մասնակիցների։ Սա վերաբերում է նաև գործընկերների միջնորդությանը որտեղից էլ, որ այն լինի՝ թե՛ ԱՄՆ-ից, թե՛ Եվրոպայից: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ես զարմանքով կարդացի Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի մեկնաբանությունները հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ։ Կարծում եմ, որ այս հայտարարություններում չկա ըմբռնում բուն հակամարտության ընթացքի և, ըստ ամենայնի, կողմերի դիրքորոշման մասին տեղեկատվության բացակայություն կա, ուստի դրանք հնչել են ոչ կոռեկտ: Բայց հնարավորության դեպքում, պետք է դա քննարկել նաև Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի հետ»,- ասել է Պուտինը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը մեղադրել է Ռուսաստանին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև վերջին բախումները միտումնավոր հրահրելու համար՝ Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում և դրանից դուրս իրավիճակն ապակայունացնելու նպատակով:

France 2 հեռուստաընկերության հետ զրույցում Մակրոնն ասել է, որ Մոսկվան վերջին ամիսներին լարվածություն է բորբոքել հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի:

«Ինչ է կատարվում սահմանին վերջին երկու տարիներին... 5000 ռուս զինվոր ենթադրաբար այնտեղ է, որպեսզի երաշխավորի սահմանը, (բայց) ռուսներն օգտագործել են այս հակամարտությունը, որը մի քանի դարի պատմություն ունի, Թուրքիայի մեղսակցությամբ խաղացել է Ադրբեջանի խաղը և վերադարձել է թուլացնելու ժամանակին իր համար մտերիմ եղած Հայաստանը: Տեսնո՞ւմ եք, թե ինչ է կատարվում, դա Ռուսաստանի կողմից ապակայունացման փորձ է, նա ցանկանում է անկարգություններ ստեղծել Կովկասում՝ մեզ բոլորիս ապակայունացնելու համար»,- ասել է Մակրոնը։

Անցյալ շաբաթ Մակրոնը Պրահայում հանդիպել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի և Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի հետ, որի ընթացքում որոշվել է ԵՄ քաղաքացիական առաքելություն ուղարկել դեպի երկրների սահման՝ իրավիճակը գնահատելու համար:
