«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Խոսելով բուհերի, մասնավորաբար Հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի, Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարանի և Հայաստանի ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի և սպորտի պետական ինստիտուտի միավորման մասին՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանն ասել էր, թե բովանդակային առումով ոչինչ չի փոխվի, բայց 3 ռեկտորներից արդյունքում կմնա մեկ ռեկտոր: Մասնագետները նշում են, որ փաստացի, մի կողմից՝ ստացվում է, որ առանց բովանդակության փոփոխություն է կատարվում, ինչը այս իշխանության առանձնահատկությունն է, մյուս կողմից՝ բուհերի պայքարը փորձում են ներկայացնել որպես պաշտոնի կամ շենքի կռիվ, ինչը, ըստ փորձագետների, պարզ սպեկուլ յացիա է: Երեկ Բրյուսովի անվան համալսարանում կայացավ գիտխորհրդի ընդլայնված նիստ, սակայն նախարարն այդպես էլ հարկ չհամարեց ժամանել՝ նշելով, թե այլ զբաղվածություն ունի:
Բնականաբար, բուհի դասախոսների և ուսանողների շրջանում հարց առաջացավ, թե իր իրավասության ներքո գտնվող ոլորտի 16 բուհերից երեքի ճակատագրից կարևոր ի՞նչ գործ պիտի ունենար նախարարը, որ գործուղել էր տեղակալին: Վերջինս մոտ երեք ժամանոց հանդիպմանը, ըստ էության, չպատասխանեց որևէ կոնկրետ հարցի՝ բավարարվելով ընդհանուր դատողություններով, վարկանիշային ինչ-որ ցուցանիշներով և այլն: Ի մասնավորի, այդպես էլ պարզ չդարձավ՝ ի՞նչ սկզբունքով են միավորում մանկավարժական բուհն ու համալսարանը, որի չորս ֆակուլտետներից երեքը մանկավարժական չեն, ի՞նչ հաշվարկներ են արվել, ի՞նչ նպատակով է արվում: Ի վերջո, այդպես էլ պատասխան չտրվեց, թե ինչպե՞ս են ապահովելու արդեն ընդունված ուսանողների կրթության ԸՆՏՐՈՒԹՅԱՆ իրավունքը, քանզի մարդիկ ընտրել են կոնկրետ բուհ, և եթե ցանկանային մանկավարժականն ավարտել, այնտեղ կդիմեին:
Այս թեմայի հետ կապված՝ կրթության փորձագետ Ատոմ Մխիթարյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ «ոչ ոք չի ցանկանա սովորել այնտեղ, որտեղ ինքը չի ընդունվել»: Փորձագետը նաև նշեց, որ «երկարաժամկետ տեսանկյունից` եթե պետությունն այս բուհերը վերցնի իր վերահսկողության ներքո, դրանք կկորցնեն իրենց մրցունակությունը»: Հաշվի առնելով վերջին օրերի իրադարձությունները՝ շատերը վստահ են, որ այս իշխանությունները սովորել են ամեն ինչ ավիրել ու մարսել, բայց այս դեպքում, կարծես, կառավարությունն, ի դեմս ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության, թեման արդեն «գցել է ոտքին»:
