Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից կաշառք ստանալու և ծառայողական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում նախաձեռնված և ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի և ՀՀ ԱԱԾ Երևանի քաղաքային վարչության ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և կատարված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ քաղաքապետարանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի համապատասխան բաժնի առաջին կարգի մասնագետ Է. Վ.-ն 2022 թվականի հունիս-օգոստոս ամիսներին Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում առևտրային գործունեությամբ զբաղվող Հ. Հ.-ի, Ա. Ս.-ի, Լ. Մ.-ի և Ս. Հ.-ի օգտին ապօրինի անգործության, այն է՝ նրանց կողմից իրականացվող գործունեության հետ կապված իրավախախտումները չարձանագրելու և նրանց պատասխանատվության չենթարկելու ուղղությամբ իրեն վերապահված լիազորությունների շրջանակում համապատասխան գործողություն չկատարելու համար հիշյալ անձանցից պահանջել և ստացել է կաշառք:
Մասնավորապես՝ Է. Մ.-ն Ս. Հ.-ից, Հ. Հ.-ից և Լ. Մ.-ից բուքմեյքերական ընկերության խաղային հաշվին փոխանցման միջոցով 2022 թվականի հունիսից օգոստոսը ներառյալ պարբերաբար ստացել է 10000-25000-ական ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք:
Բացի այդ, Է. Վ.-ն 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 11‑ին Ա. Ս.-ից առձեռն ստացել է 493.152 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 1200 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք:
17.10.2022 թվականին Է. Վ.-ն ձերբակալվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 435-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով նախատեսված` կաշառք տվողի օգտին ապօրինի անգործության համար կաշառք ստանալու անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքով:
Պաշտոնատար անձին ապօրինի անգործության համար կաշառք տալու անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքով նույն օրը ձերբակալվել են նաև Հ. Հ.-ն, Ա. Ս.-ն, Լ. Մ.-ն և Ս.Հ.-ն:
