Կառավարությունը ձմեռային զորակոչ հայտարարելու և զորացրում կատարելու մասին որոշում կընդունի

Կառավարության հոկտեմբերի 20-ի օրակարգում է ձմեռային զորակոչ հայտարարելու և զորացրում կատարելու մասին որոշումը։
Որոշման նախագծով սահմանվում է շարքային կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության ձմեռային զորակոչի կազմակերպման ու անցկացման գործընթացը, դրա շրջանակներում ստեղծվող մարմինները, զորակոչի ապահովման ուղղությամբ գործողությունների շրջանակը:
Նախագծով նախատեսվում է զորակոչի շրջանակներում ԶՈՒ համալրման ժամետը սահմանել հունվարի 9-ից մինչև հունվարի 31-ը, իսկ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայություն անցած զինծառայողների զորացրումն իրականացնել 2023թ. փետրվարի 8-ից մինչև մարտի 31-ը ներառյալ, քանի որ ՀՀ կառավարության 24.12.2020 թվականի որոշմամբ 2020թ. ձմեռային զորակոչի ժամանակ ԶՈՒ համալրումն (զորակոչը) իրականացվել է 2021թ. փետրվարի 8-ից մինչև մարտի 31-ը ներառյալ:
««Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 19-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի պահանջների համաձայն՝ շարքային կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչը հայտարարվում է Կառավարության որոշմամբ` տարվա ընթացքում ոչ պակաս, քան երկու անգամ: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության որոշմամբ սահմանվում են նաեւ զորակոչի կազմակերպման հետ կապված գործողությունները, զորակոչի կազմակերպման մարմինները, զորակոչի ժամկետը և սույն օրենքով նախատեսված ժամկետում պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայություն անցած զինծառայողների զորացրման հետ կապված կարգավորումներ, իսկ օրենքի 25-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերի համաձայն` շարքային կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության հայտարարված զորակոչի կազմակերպման նպատակով Կառավարության որոշմամբ ստեղծվում են հանրապետական եւ, ըստ մարզերի (Երեւան քաղաքի)` մարզային (Երեւանի քաղաքային) զորակոչային հանձնաժողովներ:
«Այլընտրանքային ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 6-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի պահանջների համաձայն՝ այլընտրանքային ծառայության զորակոչը և պահեստ արձակումը կատարվում է պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչի և պահեստ արձակելու հետ համատեղ»,-նշվում է հիմնավորման մեջ:
