Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը Բուլղարիա կատարած պետական այցի շրջանակում դասախոսությամբ է հանդես եկել Սուրբ Կլիմենտ Օխրիդսկի պետական համալսարանում։ Այս մասին հայտնում են նախագահի գրասենյակից։

«Հայաստանի տնտեսություն. Առերեսվելով համընդհանուր և տարածաշրջանային մարտահրավերներին» խորագիրը կրող դասախոսությամբ նախագահը մասնավորապես անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի տնտեսական զարգացմանը, տեսլականին և գրավչությանը:

Անդրադառնալով արտաքին տնտեսական կապերին Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը սերտորեն ինտեգրված է Ռուսաստանի տնտեսության հետ՝ պայմանավորված նաև նրանով, որ 2013 թվականից Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ անդամ է, սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ դա չի խանգարում Հայաստան ԵՄ ակտիվ համագործակցությանը։

Դասախոսության ընթացում նախագահն անդրադարձել է նաև ընթացիկ տարում Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի տեմպերին և դրանց պատճառներին, որոնք կապված են նաև մասնավորապես Ռուսաստանից, Բելառուսից և Ուկրաինայից աշխատուժի և ընկերությունների ներհոսքի հետ: Նախագահի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի հարկային դաշտի և ֆինանսաբանկային համակարգի բարենպաստ պայմանները հավելյալ խթան են օտարերկրյա ներդրողների և ձեռնարկությունների համար:

Նախագահ Խաչատուրյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը մշտապես առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձնում բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների բնագավառին, օտարերկրյա ընկերություններին և ներդրումներին և գործուն քայլեր է ձեռնարկում դրանք առավել բարենպաստ և գրավիչ դարձնելու ուղղությամբ։
