Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն արձագանքել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հայտարարությանն այն մասին, թե Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնն իր հայտարարություններով խաչ է քաշել Փարիզի և Բաքվի միջև բարեկամական ու հավասարակշռված հարաբերություններին։

«Այդ խոսքերը ոչ մի կերպ չեն փոխում Ֆրանսիայի ամբողջ մոբիլիզացիան Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղություն հաստատելու համար։ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի հանձնառության շնորհիվ էր, որ հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի առաջին գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում հաջողվեց անցկացնել Շառլ Միշելի, վարչապետ Փաշինյանի և նախագահ Ալիևի մասնակցությամբ քառակողմ հանդիպումը: Այս հանդիպումը թույլ տվեց առաջընթաց գրանցել այդ նպատակին հասնելու ուղղությամբ,  ինչն արտացոլված է այդ առիթով ընդունված հռչակագրում: Ֆրանսիան նաեւ լիովին աջակցում է ԵՄ-ի հետ համատեղ մեկնարկած գործընթացին, որպեսզի թույլ տա բանակցություններ վարել երկու երկրների միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշում է Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ-ն:

Ավելի վաղ, «France 2» հեռուստաընկերությանը  տված հարցազրույցում  Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ  Էմանուել Մակրոնը հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանն է սանձազերծել 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմը, իսկ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերին հարձակվել Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի վրա: Նույն հարցազրույցում Մակրոնը պնդել էր, որ  Ռուսաստանը թեժացնում է  տարածաշրջանում  իրավիճակը Ադրբեջանի օգտին: «Ինչ է կատարվում սահմանին վերջին երկու տարիներին... 5 հազար ռուս զինվոր է ըստ հաղորդումների այնտեղ տեղակայվել` սահմանի անվտանգությունը  երաշխավորելու համար, բայց ռուսներն օգտագործում են հարյուրամյակների պատմություն ունեցող  հակամարտությունը և խաղում են Ադրբեջանի խաղը` Թուրքիայի մասնակցությամբ, որպեսզի  թուլացնեն Հայաստանը, որի հետ սերտ հարաբերություններ ունեն: Տեսնում եք` ինչ է կատարվում, սա ապակայունացնելու Ռուսաստանի փորձն է, որը ուզում է խառնել իրավիճակը Կովկասում` բոլորիս  ապակայունացնելու համար», - հայտարարել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը:
