«Մենք պետք է հասկանանք , որ այսօր բավականին բարդ տարածաշրջանային գործընթացներ են տեղի ունենում և նախկինում եղած կապերը, դաշինքները փոփոխվում և լուրջ հարցի տակ են դրվում, բայց այս ամենը չի նշանակում գնալ կտրուկ քայլերի, պետք է սառն ուղեղով շատ լուրջ վերլուծությամբ մոտենալ այս հարցերին։ Ոգևորվել պետք է մեր զինվորներին, ով այսօր բարդ պայմաններում կանգնած է սահմանին և այն մեր քաղաքացիներից, ովքեր ապրում են սահմանապահ գյուղերում »,- այս մասին այսօր կայացած «Արարատյան Ալյանս» մտքի կենտրոնի համաժողով-քննարկմանն ասաց Վրաստանի հարցերով փորձագետ Ջոնի Մելիքյանը:
Ըստ վրացագետի, 2020 թվականից հետո Վրաստանը բավականին լուրջ հետևում է այս գործընթացներին, մարտահրավերները շատ են։
« Գուցե դրսից թվա, թե Վրաստանը Հայաստանի հանդեպ վատ է վարվել, բայց այստեղ մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ ամեն մի պետություն ունի իր ազգային շահերը և շատ կարևոր է, որ բոլոր պետություններն իրենց ազգային շահերից ելնելով իրենց քաղաքականությունը կառուցեն։ Այսօր, ֆիքսելով Վրաստանի դիրքորոշումը, մենք հետևյալ մոտեցումներն ունենք, ունենալով ավելի քան կես միլիոն հայ և ադրբեջանցի քաղաքացի, իրենց համար շատ կարևոր էր բալանսը պահել։ Այս առումով Վրաստանի իրավապահ մարմինները շատ լավ աշխատեցին։ Վերջին 20-30 տարիների ընթացքում վրաց-ադրբեջանական սահմանի նետրալ գոտու հաշվին ադրբեջանցիները բոլոր լավ դիրքերն արդեն իրնցով են արել և նոր հենակետեր ունեն, որը բավականին լուրջ վնաս է տալու Վրաստանի հանրապետությանը։ Վրաստանի այսօրվա իշխանություները հասկանում են, ռիսկերը գնահատում են և փորձում են ինչ-որ ձևով մանյովրել , բայց իրենք ձգտում են դեպի ՆԱՏՕ և ՆԱՏՕ-ի իրենց լուրջ լոբիստներից մեկը թուրք էր և Ադրբեջանի ռազմավարական դաշնակից Թուրքիան փորձում է ինչ-որ չափով նվազեցնել ռիսկերը , բայց, եթե այս ագրեսիվ դրսևորումները և քաղաքականությունը Ադրբեջանի մեր նկատմամբ չստանա այն պատասխանը , որը պետք է լիներ միջազգային հանրությունից, ապա Վրաստանը հասկանում է, որ իրենք ևս կարող են նույն զոհը դառնալ այս ամենում»,- հավելեց Մելիքյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 20-ին, մեկնարկեց «Արարատյան Ալյանս» մտքի կենտրոնի համաժողով-քննարկումները, որոնք միտված են Հայաստանի և Արցախի զարգացման ազգային օրակարգի ձևավորմանը։
