Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հայաստանի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ կեցվածքը չի նվազում և չի նվազելու, քանի դեռ վերականգնված չէ ռազմա-քաղաքական հավասարակշռությունը: Պարզ է, որ Նիկոլը նման ցանություն և հնարավորություն չունի: Նրա միակ պրոբլեմը իր անձնական հարցն է, որն առայժմ լուծվում է իշխանության հետևում թաքնվելու և այդ կերպ պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու միջոցով:

Եթե հավաքական Արևմուտքն իրոք ցանկություն ունի խաղաղություն հաստատել տարածաշրջանում, և հարգում է ՀՀ ինքնիշխանությունը, ապա բոլոր հիմքերն ունի ռազմատենչ Ադրբեջանի դեմ տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու համար: Քանի դեռ Արևմուտքը չի կիրառել իր իրական գործիքակազմը, մնացյալ մեթոդները կրելու են ձևական բնույթ: ԵՄ կամ ԵԱՀԿ, ՀԱՊԿ դիտորդական առաքելությունները վերածվելու են ընդհամենը ռազմական բախումների մասին վիճակագրական ծառայության, ոչ ավելին: Այսօր Հայաստանի դեմ լայնածավալ ռազմական ագրեսիայի հարցում Ադրբեջանին ու Թուրքիային զսպող գլխավոր դերակատարներն Իրանն է և ՌԴ ռազմական ներկայությունն Արցախում ու Հայաստանում:
Իշխանության կորստի վախից տարաբնույթ հիմարություններ ու ապօրինություններ գործելու փոխարեն, ՀՀ ում իշխանությունը զավթած խմբակը կարող է Արևմուտքին համոզել, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանի դեմ սանկցիաներ կիրառվի: Հեշտ չէ, բայց նաև անհնար
չէ, և ամենակարևորը` շատ արդյունավետ: Այդպես նաև Արևմուտքը գործնականում կհաստատի իր իրական կամքը, այլ ոչ թե գեղեցիկ բառերի և բառակապակցությունների միջոցով կփորձի գրավել մեր զգայուն, դյուրահավատ և էմոցիոնալ ժողովրդի համակրանքը: Հասկանալի է, որ Արևմուտքին այսօր ավելի շատ գազ է պետք, քան այսպես կոչված հայկական ժողովրդավարություն: Բայց ստեղծված իրավիճակն այնպիսին է, որ շանսեր կան հաջողելու: Հետևաբար իշխանության գլուխները պետք է շտապեն աշխատել այս ուղղությամբ, եթե գոնե մի փոքր ինքնուրույնություն ունեն:
Այլապես` Հայաստանը` պատերազմի սպառնալիքի տակ, ստիպված է լինելու ծնկաչոք ստորագրել երկրորդ կապիտուլյացիան:
Եվ վերջապես, ինչու՞ պետք է իշխանությունը զբաղեցնեն անուղեղ, անհայրենիք և դավաճանության մեջ կասկածվողները, իսկ իրենց գործած սխալների համար, կյանքով, առողջությամբ, ունեցվածքով ու հայրենիքով հատուցեն և պետություն կորցնելու վտանգի առջև կանգնեն սովորական քաղաքացիները:
