«Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ ցանկացած սխալ վերաբերմունք Հայաստանի համար կունենա առավել քան ճակատագրական հետևանքներ։  Սա խնդրում եմ , որպես ակսիոմա ֆիքսել և կարմիր գծերը չհատել։ Առաջարկվեց գաղափար, թե մեր ժողովուրդը կարող է համախմբվել և այնպիսի ուժ ներկայացնել , որ կարող է դիմակայել նաև Թուրքիային, սա ես գնահատում եմ մեղմ ասած ուտոպիստական, առնվազն մոլորություն»,- այս մասին ասաց վերլուծաբան  Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը։ 

Նա նշեց, որ նման միտք ասողը պատկերացում չունի Թուրքիայի ռազմական ներուժի և ընդհանրապես Թուրքիայի ներուժի մասին։ Սխալ է նաև այն, որ ներկա իշխանության պայմաններում հնարավոր է ժողովրդի համախմբում։ « Տարբեր գաղափարներ առաջ քաշվեցին , որոնք իրականությունից դուրս էին, քանի որ քննարկվում էին գաղափարներ, որոնք միջնաժամկետ, հեռաժամմկետ պլանների հետ են կապված, բայց չպետք է մոռանալ՝ ուրբաթը կարող է շաբաթից շուտ գալ։ Ես օբյեկտիվ ինֆորմացիա ունեմ սահմանից, որ սահմաններում խայտառակ վիճակ է, դրա համար եթե ժողովրդի ուժերին ենք ապավինում ,այս մոբիլիզացիան արվի մենք մեր միջոցներով փորձենք ինչ-որ նախաձեռնություններ, որոնք հնարավոր կլինի իրականացնել»,- հավելեց Հովհաննիսյանը։ 

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 20-ին,  մեկնարկեց «Արարատյան Ալյանս»  մտքի կենտրոնի համաժողով-քննարկումները, որոնք  միտված են Հայաստանի և Արցախի զարգացման ազգային օրակարգի ձևավորմանը։
